The company representative, Bill Keaton, was friendly but professional throughout his visit. He told me what he planned to do and took time to answer my questions. I was very pleased with him, his work, and the company--from first contact until the job was done.

Shawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to the house the day after my initial phone call, and was timely for his visits to remove captured squirrels. He came out to the house probably five or six times to remove squirrels, or reset cages/bait if it rained. He gave a estimate upfront (an assessment fee is due upfront, and then there is a fee for each squirrel removed and holes repaired) for the amount of squirrels, and was about exact on his estimate. his was my first time dealing with critters in the house, and Shawn was helpful in walking me through the steps, and giving me tips for the future too. The whole service cost more than I would have expected, but this company was cheaper than others I had priced. Shawn did a fine job!

Shawn was very prompt, efficient, personable and effective. He arrived and talked with me briefly and then climbed up a ladder to inspect the nest. I noticed on his card that he was a humane animal control person, which to me was a big plus. Once he saw the birds were old enough to be removed, he removed them one by one, struggling through bird mites throughout the process. After he removed the birds and sprayed down the vent, he even added a screen to the vent so nothing else could get in. Then he went a step further and checked around the outside of my house to make sure there were no other nests. He recommended that we get the house sprayed generally for insects and so we are having him or his associate out to do that as well. This was the whole package and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Shawn was also very reasonable price-wise!

He was very good, I have no complaints. He caught a total of four squirrels. He came and removed them promptly after I called him to let them know they were captured. We would use him again and would recommend him to others.

He was not able to catch anything but he was able to close off the hole. He was very professional.

Incredible. Shawn and his assistant did a phenomenal job, our home is now squirrel-free, they came in under budget, and Shawn was almost always accessible by phone. Would absolutely use them again.

He gave me tips to keep it contained until he came in the morning. He offered to come that night, but that would cost extra for an after hours call. He came to check for other bats, do any clean up, and helped seal off the entrance. It took a few days for him to come back to complete the work. The animal control came to get the bat and test for rabies.

They trapped them and then released them somewhere far away. I was glad they used a humane method.

I have to admit to being disappointed with my experience with mouse removal. AA put out bait, but were not as interested in finding out where they were coming in which was my primary concern. Came out a couple of times with bait boxes, were very pleasant, and prompt. But they didn't seem to know a lot about what they were doing in regards to mice. The bait is actually an anticoagulant; not a desiccant as I was informed. The mice were NOT going to go back outside in search of water after they ate it because mice do not need independent water supplies; they get all their water from the food they eat. The bottom line is that they were able to rid me of my mice on a repeat basis. But they were not going to prevent the problem. Critter Control did that; they did a full perimeter search and outlined the exact points of entry (between the siding and the foundation) and gave written estimates on doing the work. I decided to go that route and avoid continually baiting mice.

Very well. Shawn arranged to come as quickly as he could and arrived on time when we set a day and time. They were very knowledgeable about what was going on and showed us exactly where the ants were, their trail, etc.

I found another bat at the front door this afternoon, which prompted my call to this company today. They came out a couple of hours after I called them, as they said they would, removed the bat from the front porch area, checked the attic for any signs of bats (none were found) and sealed both front and back vents on the roof to prevent bats from getting in. I was pleased with the response time and glad to know I don't have to worry about bats getting in the attic in the future. I'm not sure how the price compares to other companies, but there aren't that many companies listed on Angie's List that deal with bats, AA Wildlife had good ratings, and they could come out the same day. I did not plan to check the attic myself and had no way to climb on the roof to screen the access points. I feel the same day service with a smile (on the hot roof and in the attic with temperature at 100!) was worth every penny. I will call them again if I run into other pest control problems.

Two small possums had gotten into my basement and into a breach in the duct work of my air conditioning unit. They had been killed in the blower ; a very messy, stinky situation. It was Friday afternoon and the AC company refused to work on the unit because of the animals. I called Shawn Irish at AA Wildlife and Pest Control. He was at my house in an hour. He removed the dead animals and did an enzyme treatment on my AC unit to kill any remaining bacteria. He also sealed a place in the foundation of my house where an animal could get in. I couldn't ask for better service. He took care of what could have been a very smelly situation with professionalism and a sense of humor. I am nominating him for a Angie's Super Service Award.

Saw a mouse in the house. They came that evening and set bait and checked around for signs of others etc. Very helpful. Was great they were able to come the day I called and even were able to come after I got out of work!

Rick, the technician who handled my case, was very professional and easy to work with. He thoroughly examined my crawlspace for possum entry points, and cleaned up all the possum waste (yuck!!) that was found there. He also fixed my sagging insulation under the floor. Although we didn't catch a live possum, we found the entry point.

I'm VERY disappointed. They came out the same day, but an hour later than they had indicated. The tech, who did not introduce himself, came out of the rain, did not remove his boots, and tromped up my carpeted stairs and down the hall, leaving red, muddy footprints all the way. He spent 4 minutes in the attic, then came down and told me that it had to be in a wall and there was really nothing he could do right now. He said the next step would be drilling holes in the wall, but he recommended waiting it out to see if the smell would go away. He then mumbled something about definitely coming back later to spray something somewhere. He did not look for an entry point for any animals in the attic, and I have not heard from them since he took his check and ran.

They set and baited the traps and came out several times to check the trap for the squirrel, rebait or reset the traps. Several squirrels have been caught and removed. So far there has been no more damage to my house.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.

I was disappointed with the service I received. I specifically requested treatment for ants in my yard. I had to accept a full-service initial treatment for problems I did not have -- perhaps a good idea for a new home owner such as myself. However, Eddie did not have the correct materials to treat the ant problem and he did not take ownership of the problem. He told me to get "crazy ant bait" which I have been unable to locate. A call to the company to ask where I could get it was not returned. In short, I got what I didn't want or need and I didn't get what I asked for. I'd list these folks as animal removal only since exterminating is not their strength.

Eddie, the serviceman who arrived, was punctual, knowledgable and pleasant. We have had mice in our attic and he spent time up there looking for signs of their location, left equipment meant to help us track their entranceway from the outdoors, and will return in 2 weeks. I feel confident they will eliminate our problem. They also do repairs to prevent animals from coming in.

Called and set a time to check for bees nest under siding on house. Called me and let me know that they were about 30 Min's from our house. Was on time. Very professional, got rid of big black bees the first time, and was very pleased with the price. Will use again.

They were fine. They came on a Sunday morning at no extra charge. They were pricey, but that was for any time.

Very polite team. Shawn set up my appointment via phone. Ricky came to my house for an inspection for squirrels. He was uniformed & drove a marked vehicle. Didn't find any squirrels but set up a trap. Checked back daily for squirrels & called as well. Set me up with their mouse inspector when no squirrels were found. Eddie (also uniformed & driving a marked vehicle) inspected very thoroughly for mice & set up bait stations. Everyone at this company is very nice & easy to work with. Great with scheduling appointments that are convenient for me.

Shawn was great - he showed up and was to determine that there were no birds living in a gutter. However, he did find a potential problem and evidence of birds in another nearby gutter and was able to fix it quickly. He also provided great advice on how to prevent birds from living on my porch columns.

They are very good at taking care of problems. We had squirrels in our attic and they took care of them.
