 + -1 moreVery disappointed that so much in the area of water leaks was missed and the resultant damage from those leaks.
Description of Work: Hired to have a home we were buying inspected here in NC while still in NJ. Trusted him to do a good job. Overall, he missed several major issues with this home. (Obvious previous leaks in and around fireplace which he said was inspected, major mold issues due to this and also in crawlspace, major fast leak in the well, things said inspected obviously not, etc). Instead of focusing on our new life here, we are thousands of dollars into fixing things that we should have been made aware of. Had those many issues been found, price offered for home would have been less.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with Jeff's company and the follow-up. He arrived 30 minutes early and began the inspection of the exterior. After the whole inspection was completed, he walked us room to room and gave us a report. He also did the same on the exterior of the house. Jeff followed up with an emailed report with that was easy to read and very detailed. The report also had pictures supporting his findings that were of great quality even in where there was little light such as the crawl spaces.
Description of Work: We wanted a general/structural inspection on a 50 plus year old home.
