+ -1 more1/25/16 'cleaned' flame sensor - failed didn't keep initial Fri appt due to inclement weather (HVAC repair guy?) meanwhile, tenant's kids were playing outdoors. had to wait till Monday tenant noticed heat not working within days again (warmer weather, heat used infrequently) explains why correy winston had asked 'did it work'? any complaints? his next step would have been to replace the circuit board at the tune of $550. quickly negotiated down to $450 (maybe he was being reasonable - raise eyebrow here) doesn't seem to know HVAC repair. got the feeling, he would replace part after part, until it works. had to get help elsewhere. note - he couldn't tell me how he called me - i asked point blank three times - I still don't know. i had not called him - seems to get his business somehow from 'answering services'
