+ -1 moreThey are very prompt and professional, and do a wonderful jobs at tilling and planting. Everything just looks lovely. My only comment is that it does take a few days sometimes to get a returned phone call, but nothing that I feel is extravagant.
Description of Work: This is the second time we've used Willow Branch and been incredibly happy. They put in new beds in our backyard last year and, this year, re-did our front beds. They are very easy to work with price-wise and give you a lot of options for adding services if desired or cutting costs if necessary.

Description of Work: They planted many plants around my home, and then just came back recently to help me labeled them all, free of charge. They also told me how to care for them.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the results! The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The entire project was completed in a day. It has been 2 weeks since the work was done and everything is thriving and blooming. We were concerned about the work to create the garden in our side yard because we had Bluebirds nesting in our Bluebird house at that time. The crew was cautious and respectful of the birds and I'm happy to say our newly hatched baby Bluebirds are doing well. Willow Branch Landscaping was easy to work with and Cindy really listened and understood our "vision" for our yard. She is personable, extremely knowledgeable and suggested many plants we weren't familiar with but were exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend Willow Branch Landscaping to family and friends and we will work with them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: After placing a call to Willow Branch Landscaping, Cindy came to our home for consultation/estimate on project design and plant selection. Within a few days we received a detailed proposal and a written estimate. After we approved the proposal, our project was scheduled for April 27th. Soil was brought in to raise the beds and enrich our existing soil. A large crepe myrtle tree was planted in our front yard. Our side yard was transformed into a beautiful garden complete with a weeping redbud tree surrounded by many varieties of blooming plants, including some to attract birds and butterflies. Flag stones were placed to create a path to birdbath and birdfeeders. Lastly, all these areas were freshened with pine straw.

+ -1 moreWillow Branch provided us an estimate that had just a couple of flexible areas ...the amount of pinestraw and planting mix needed. There was a slight underestimate on the amount of planting mix needed, and the adjustment was legitimate. Everything else came in exactly as quoted. They even made a couple of adjustments to the plan for us as we moved forward. Their price was very reasonable compared to another landscaper who quoted us the job. They were timely, easy to reach by phone, easy to work with, and cleaned up every day. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with the services performed by Willow Branch. First they provided us with a detailed sketch of work they would do in both the front and back yards. The design work was tasteful and responded to all of our concerns and ideas for improvements. In addition to planting shrubs and trees, they built a 12-15" stack stone wall around our vegetable garden area, edged beds, removed trees, and created a short flagstone walkway. The plants look healthy and we are delighted with the results.
