Description of Work: When I set up the appointment, I asked the person for details of the costs. I specifically asked what the charge would be for a house with my square footage. All I wanted was a renewal of termite inspection, not a fully treated house. She told me I had to have the person come out. When the owner came out he told me the fee was $6 per sq foot, something the phone person could have easily told me and I would have cancelled the coupon on the spot. This is why I'm requesting a full refund.

+ -1 moreWe had an urgent situation since our well was out and our repair man couldn't get in our crawl space due to the nest. They sent someone that day. He had to use special care since the next was right near the water system. Our well repair man was able to safely come the next day and repair our water system.
Description of Work: Had to have a HUGE yellow jacket removed from our crawl space. It was near our water filtration system.

+ -1 moreWe have used Union Exterminating since 2006 after our builder recommend they be the company to treat the bare ground as a precautionary measure for termites before he built our new home. We have used them ever since 2006 for all annual termite inspections and all quarterly pest inspection/control. In the entire 7 years, Keith & Shannon, the owners, have had only one change in personnel coming into our home; as most likely, it's Keith himself...
