Tammy called me to set up an appointment. She was very nice, polite and professional. Perry, the technician, arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and a good worker. He performed his duties, offered suggestions and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use Tyson Services on an annual basis.

Our 19 year old furnace was due for the regular check up again. Searched Angie's List and bought a coupon from Tyson Services Inc. Very easy to schedule the appointment. Appointment is within a 3 hour window, which is fair. Booked the last available, with a 30 min notification. That allowed me to stay at work. On my ride home, I had been contacted that the technician will be late and asked if I would like to see him the same day or rather reschedule. Unfortunately e previous job took longer than expected but that was ok with me. Tech arrived and performed all tests and tune up. Even though the furnace is old, he did not try to sell me a new one. Offered the annual maintenance program, which I declined, but that is fair And I consider it as part of the job. In case the furnace goes down at some point, they are definitely a company which I will ask for a quote. Can only recommend their service. Best of all, they are not advertising on TV with the most annoying commercials EVER!

I maintain my HVAC system very regularly, and was getting concerned that with an older system, the person that serviced the units would recommend a replacement. We have been hard sold in the past with other providers, asking us to make a $14,000 purchase in two days or the price would go up. We do not make those kinds of decisions over night, not to mention 2 nights. Tyson did not hard sell, they made recommendations for replacement and upgrades like UV lights, but at no time was i pressured into getting something, not to mention in a "limited time" fashion. I even signed up for the annual plan and they actually used my current purchase towards the annual plan. thanks, great service.

Perry the technician was prompt after his call that he was on his way. Perry was very friendly and did a great, professional job. Took time to show us how to work on new thermostat. Great guy!

I met Dale Tammy Kevin and Perry when I was referred to their company by our home warranty company. Perry came out on the first visit to diagnose two 12 year old units which were not blowing cold air. Both units had leaking evaporator coils, and one furnace was so rusted that it was literally crumbling in the crawlspace. Perry explained all my alternatives from the cheap to the best, then followed up later in the day with a full set of quotes, including photos. I chose to replace one entire furnace and outdoor unit, plus the evap coil and outdoor condenser on the second furnace. Within hours, Tammy confirmed the appointment for Dale and Kevin to replace the unit. Dale and Kevin arrived on time for the two-day job, and they sweated hard for two long days under my home, doing all the work on 95 degree days. The units started up on the first try, and we were overjoyed. All through this, Dale and Kevin kept me informed of their progress, always with a smile and friendly manner. (They had every right to be grumpy in the miserable hot humid crawlspace, but they never once showed it!). Within a week, a third furnace quit working due to a rusted out evap coil. This unit was in the inlaw apartment, where my 79 year old father in law with dementia was suffering in the 87 degree indoor temp. Perry came immediately after I called and got the unit cooling within minutes, even though it was only going to be a temporary fix. Within days, Dale and Kevin were back, replacing the entire system after explaining to me all the possible alternatives. Besides the great, I must really heap praise on Tammy Tyson. Through this adventure, she was always available. I could write her an email at 8:30pm at night, and I would have an answer back before 10pm. When my father in law was suffering due to the failure of the third furnace, Tammy was on vacation, but she still reacted immediately, finding Perry, and re-routing him to our home.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company from beginning to end. Very reasonable priced...Very professional...Very TRUSTWORTHY, Very clean cut technicians. Very personable....Cleaned up every little speck of mess inside and out at their work sites. Service time as promised. Overall I would give them an A+ and would recommend to anyone who needs any heating and air service. (and I am a very picky person.)

We have been extremely pleased with Tyson's. We have used them for over four years for their annual maintenance program. They are always friendly, honest, hard-working, and great to work with. This time was no different. Unfortunately for us, one of our A/C units went out this summer but Tyson's was very helpful throughout the process. Both technicians that came to the house were friendly and worked hard throughout the day to get the job done. Tammy was great at listening to us and answering our many questions before we decided what to do. Tyson's was able to work us into the schedule and completed high quality work. They go above and beyond in the customer service and the quality they deliver. Highly recommended.

They were great and wonderful. They called right away after I purchased the deal. They set up an appointment and they came out. The gentleman took a lot of time explaining everything to me. I needed to actually get some new equipment, so they scheduled that for me. They were very accommodating. I would use them again and I have already referred them to other people.
