HE WAS IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH US, AND EVEN HAD TO RE-DO WORK HE HAD DONE PERFECTLY WHEN THE IRRIGATION COMPANY (FIREHOUSE IRRIGATION)DID NOT MEET THEIR SCHEDULE, AND USED FAULTY EQUIPMENT INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. MR. SEGERLIN IS AN EXTREMELY TALENTED LANDSCAPER, INOVATIVE AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH: HE STAYS WITH THE JOB UNTIL COMPLETION.
Description of Work: BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED LANDSCAPING WITH FULL-GROWN TREES INCLUDING OUTDOOR LIGHTING, MULCH, RIVER ROCK, SLATE WALKS LEADING TO KOI POND. KOI POND HAD MULTIPLE WATERFALLS, UNDERWATER LIGHTING, STATE OF THE ART FILTER, AND IS VERY NATURAL IN APPEARANCE. ALL TREES AND FLOWERS ARE LUSH AND HEALTHY--EVEN PALM TREES AT POOL SIDE.
