I sent my request out on a Friday night. Within 5-10 minutes Town and Country Home Inspection called me. I was surprised. I was not expecting anyone to get in touch that night. I thought it’d be Saturday or possibly even Monday. Dave Parker with Town and Country Home Inspection was special. I could tell he was passionate and was a hard worker. After speaking with him for 5 minutes, I booked the inspection and chose Monday at a time he gave as an option which was 8 AM first thing. He was there before 8 AM letting me know he was on-site. I was out of the country at that point. He let me know when he was all finished up and said I’d have my report next day. On Tuesday, as promised, I received my report. I will be using Town and Country Home Inspection for all local home inspections from now on. I highly recommend Town and Country Home Inspections for your home inspections.
