I gave Home Advisor my home number and thought I had given my mobile, so Superior called the wrong number. When I text him to see if he was coming, he immediately returned my call and although it was my error and he was off work, he came and did my repair. I called that excellent customer service and going beyond the call. Thank you Superior.
