Tim was very informative. He answered all my questions before coming onsite. He wants a happy customer and suggested a less expensive alternative as well as what he would recommend doing. He saw others issues when he arrived and pointed them out along with an informal risk analysis. I never felt any sales pressure. He is a nice guy. I would use him again.

Quick reply and response to out urgent need to replace out water heater. Installed the same day I made the inquiry. I was quoted a few hundred dollars less by another company, but went with Superior because of same day action. The plummer's were very informative and explained the upgrades that needed to be done to get job up to code.

On the phone the price was $175. After the job, the price went to $349. When I complained it went to $195 and when I got my credit card statement it was $205. 10 minutes of time....$15 in materials......all prices too high

The guy who showed up was professional clean and explained things well. I plan on using them in the future.

They fixed the problem quickly and were honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them the next time any plumbing issues arise.

Tim was timely with getting back to me, and showed up on time. He also called when he was on his way to give me a heads up that he was coming. He worked quickly and completely the job well. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars for the quality of the work bc it will take a bit to see if the work he did holds up (affixing our sink to our granite countertops), but I have little doubt that it will be fine. He even gave me a discount on pipe cleaning since it didn't take him as long as he thought it would. Great customer service and very friendly! Would recommend him.

I knew I was going to hire Tim when he walked in my house to give me an estimate. He was courteous and very know knowledgeable. He and his son diagnosed the issues and fixed the problem.
