The plumber Superior sent was Justin. I can't say enough great things about him. He came and looked st the job and offered different options to fix my isdue. He was prepared, and completed the job perfectly and in a timely fashion. I will definitely use Superior and request Justin for all my future plumbing needs!!! Thanks guys!!!!

The service technician, Mike, was excellent. He explained everything he needed to do and alerted me to a potential problem I would have down the road if the situation was not corrected. He showed me what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the cost prior to any work being done. After the work was completed, he showed that the faucet was operating properly and also how quiet my disposal was after he fixed the other problem. I'm definitely happy with the work.

The plumbing lasted 2 hours, the price was over 800,over all i dont like spending money when i dont have it, but if i have to call someone i rather call them.

They were able to arrive early after calling, which was great. The plumber was here for about 40 minutes. He cut a hole in our ceiling drywall to help determine the cause of the water damage. He performed no other services. We were charged over $600 for cutting a hole in the drywall and figuring out where the leak originated. It seemed quite expensive.

Service was great but $350 for a job which took 30 minutes is a bit pricey.

The service tech Michael was awesome very professional new exactly what to do cleaned up afterwards fast and efficient. The job was done correctly and it looks and works Great!!!!

They told me over the phone they didn’t have an emergency fee to come out so I had them come and then they charged me for an emergency fee. I would have waited if they would have been honest. Guy who came out was awesome!

Didn't show when supposed to and sent someone who wasn't equipped to do work.

They did a great job installing a new faucet as well as rerouting the disposal. A much cleaner and more efficient job than the last company that installed it the first time.

I have an old house that has galvanized steel plumbing. They did a good job with installing a new water heater and installing a new set of shower valves. The guys they sent out were friendly and professional. The one thing that did bug me a little is that they left a hole in the shower where I had a three valve system and they converted it to a two valve system. I'm sure it will be an easy fix but if they had thought a little more about it I wouldn't have to deal with it.

Team was professional and quickly addressed the issue with our kitchen sink. It was repaired swiftly and is working well.
