We had a broken hot water line and had to shut off the whole house. Mike Buckley came late in the afternoon, on his way home. The leak was in a cramped, filthy (feral cats live there) crawl space. He suited up, crawled in to see what was needed, hauled in the necessary tools and fixed the problem. He noted the nasty environment but didn't hesitate to go in and get the job done. He even gave me the name of someone who could clean up the crawl space. We really appreciate Mike's professionalism - doing that nasty job after a full work day is more than many plumbers would do.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled until the next day. But once they got here things went quickly and professionally. The sink drains better than the last snaking another plumber did.

He did not charge me for items on my list that I thought needed fixing but did correct the others quickly.

I hired this company to fix a main line water leak in my yard. They made a repair but it didn't fix the leak. Not sure how long they waited around after the repair to see if their work fixed my leak. The leak ended up being under my driveway (unreachable). I did have an issue with being charged a large amount for the repair that didn't fix the leak (they ended up giving me $100 of it back after I shared my concern). They offered to put the amount of first repair as a credit to a complete replacement of my main water line but even with that credit, their quote was 50% higher than the next highest quote I received. This is a good company but I would advise asking very clearly what their hourly rate is and ask that they verify that the problem is fixed before you pay them.

They were prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Once they had the water to my house disconnected they gave me an estimate to repair. At that point with no water to the house I really had no choice. The repair was 5 times as much as the last time it was repaired 7 years ago. Though Superior did put in a piece of plastic pipe to fix the issue that wasn't fixed 7 years ago but, that small piece of pipe and short additional repair time doesn't seem to warrant that much more in the bill.

Mike Buckley came to my house today to give an estimate on a faucet issue in one of my bathrooms showers. Mike informed my wife of what needed to be done so the faucet and install a replacement cartridge and we hired Superior Plumbing on the spot. Mike represented his company wonderfully and the job he did installing the cartridge and now the water comes out hot without turning the knob all the way to the end. We had a plugged sewer drain. Called about 5pm. Man was on site in about 1 1/2 hour. Had to uncover the septic tank and open it to reach the drain. Used his machine for most of 2 hours. It was after 9pm when he left. Greatly appreciate his service!
