Jeremy, the plumber, was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Technician showed up on time and did an excellent job on repair. Excellent communication by their home office all the way through the initial call for repair through completion of the task. Would recommend for future repair.

Explained that I had a leak from upstairs bath. Set appointment and they told me cost would be $45. After arriving they told me “leak check” was $575 but they would give me a “discount” of $525. I tried calling another plumber but they all needed to visit and could not provide a rough estimate. I needed to get the leak resolved and I was home from work so I agreed. All they did was cut a hole in my ceiling and at first did not even try running water. Determined not from the pipes. Then contacted their restoration buddies. They did not even clean the drywall mess and left. $563 to cut my ceiling. I even had to give him a replacement blade since his was dull. I hope they go out of business and should not be recommended by HomeAdvisor.

This is my new go to plumber..... Fast response, answered questions and called me back even late in the evening. Got my hot water repaired and resolved an issue with my main water line pressure in on day.

Great customer service. Arrived right on time, coordinated with the countertop installation and went above and beyond to upgrade the water lines to the sink. Good craftsmanship at a fair price. Will hire again.

GREAT, HONEST, HARDWORKING, SUPERIOR! Over the past 3 years we have had issues with our main sewer line and worked to treat the roots. Unfortunately this year (2018) the main line hit the wall and was time to replace! Not to mention it completely clogged. I got about 8 quotes.. I was amazing that some of the companies wanted just a text and picture of the area and they would come back with a high $$ quote... I asked how they arrived at that.. these companies said "oh we use google maps and your picture" to quote. Not the team from Superior Plumbing. Mike with SP came out Day one, we discussed the real issues and formulated a good plan to fix it. They wrote me a quote on the spot which was not only completely fair but would solve the main drain line completely by installing a new one. Keep in mind, I have a family and let me say with a main line sewer line.. time is ticking... the household can't flush, no laundry, dishes, showers.. so you want to go quickly on projects like this but also get a fair price. That was definitely the case with Superior. They were able to come out next day and start... installed brand new sewer line with extra clean outs and solved other issues as well, found additional cracks with the end of the sewer line and repaired on the spot. Overall an AMAZING INSTALL JOB and completely fixed the sewer line! Overall SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM, FAIR PRICES, GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP (they know their trade) and SUPER NICE (Southern Hospitality) which is what I like the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be having them back soon for a Water Heater install soon. THANK YOU SUPERIOR!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!

They went up and beyond, there was a problem and they built in support so it won't happen again. They built up supports so my sinks won't fall into my counters again. IT WAS AWESOME! He wanted to do an awesome job doing more then he was required to do. He cleaned up everything around his work area thoroughly.

The communication could have been better, with pricing and what they were doing, they didn't let me know there was an additional charge after the estimate to find the leak. Other than that they were great, just need more transparency with the cost. More of a breakdown of a cost, and make sure to ask if they do additional work if there is a cost associated.

I had a toilet that would not flush completely. The initial diagnosis and advice was wrong. Plumber installed the parts that he thought would correct the problem. Then he told told me he was finished and the job was complete. I inspected his work prior to him leaving. My toilet was not flushing completely. I explained that the job was not complete. Plumber then recommended a brand new toilet be installed. At this point, the company wanted to charge me for the incorrect advice and parts installed earlier that morning as well as a new toilet. I explained I was not going to pay for the initial repairs because it was an incorrect diagnosis that did not fix my problem. The company did finally work out a price correction. And a new toilet was installed. The entire project ended up costing me more money than if they had originally suggested a new toilet from the beginning. New toilet was installed and is working correctly. But due to the bad advice in the beginning, I will not be hiring this company again.

Jeremy came out on a Saturday and repaired a leak in our bathroom shower. He recommended a water damage restoration company and actually waited on them come out to our house later in the day to tear out a built in shelving system to give him access to the leak.

These guys were great. They looked over the job, gave me a few recommendations along with the Pros and Cons of each. I was able to choose the path forward and they got the work done quickly.
