Showed up on time and called before hand to let us know they were on the way, cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. No leak was found however we were told to keep an eye out and if we have any more issues contact them and they will come back out. I will use them again in the future

My appointment was scheduled on line and the contractor did not get the notice somehow. They did not show up At the scheduled time. I called them and they scheduled him to come out later that day.

Although we contacted HomeAdvisor on Labor Day because our need was urgent, we were contacted immediately by Shirley from Superior Plumbing & Drains. She set us up for someone to come out and give us an estimate the next day. Robin checked out our repair needs and Vinny came the very next day to make the repairs (which ended up being most of our system above ground). We were VERY pleased with everyone including Jessica who kept us informed of appointments and when Vinny was on his way.

We contacted several plumbers, 2 were impatient and wrote everything with capital letters in the communication with them. I was immediately comfortable with Superior Plumbing, Jessica was outstanding and Jeremy put our minds at ease. He was totally honest and incredibly skilled. He sent me messages on the way so that I knew exactly when to expect them. He saved me some money because I did not need any major replacements or work done. Thanks Home Advisor! We will stick with Superior Plumbing!

Jeremy was my tech, he did a wonderful job of fixing Lowes installers inadequate installation of 4 new toilets. Anyway theyre on top of everything and were able to come out within short notice. Thanks again for everything.
