Service is a bit pricey - but thats what you have to pay for a truck roll to your door plus labor. The actual component to be replaced was quite inexpensive. The job was very competently completed once I agreed to the estimate.

They left without solving the problem and was called back because of the 90day guarantee. There was more damage to my home due to the leak. He stood next to me while I did a Review for google and I felt I had to give him a good review ;now that is something I regret.

Travis came out and measured water pressure. He also checked in crawl space for any issues. Nice guy and a true professional.

Everything went well. Quality of work was good. Got the hardware I wanted. They checked with me to make sure I was pleased with the work and I was. Told them I will have another project for them in the very near future and would like for them to complete that project.

My first Home Advisor experience was a home run because of Superior Plumbing. Travis and Vinny were at our home within three hours of the initial contact with Superior. In less than an hour they not only cleared the backed-up sinks in the master bath, but also fixed the tub that gurgled when the toilet was flushed. (That gurgling problem was at least five years old and a previous plumber had failed to resolve it after snaking both the tub and an attic vent.) Superior's price was extremely reasonable, and Travis and Vinny were very personable and eager to answer questions. From the first call to Superior to waving goodbye to Travis and Vinny, the experience was smooth and professional -- just like it is supposed to be but, sadly, these days often is not.

Our sump pump stopped working and the team came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They were able to provide several solutions and once we agreed on a course of action the work required was done expeditiously. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to contact them with any future problems we may have.

I was extremely impressed by Shirley at the call center who had me check all issues to see if I could fix it myself without having a plumber here to save me money!!! Micheal the plumber, was a very polite & Courteous man who showed respect to my home! Each trip to the working van he removed his shoes at the front door! I was extremely impressed by that as well !! The price was just a little more than anticipated, but the service was outstanding.
