Service rep. arrive early and got to work right away. The Company gave me a very reasonable quote for the work to be done and I accepted it on the spot. The technician was very cordial and explained the repair process. I would consider using Superior Plumbing and Drains again if the need arrises.

Was quoted a price for two pieces of equipment that they said was needed one was $275 the other one was $125. I went online and saw that $125 piece selling for $12 I felt I got ripped off in the price of those two pieces but at least my problem is solved

They had to come out twice to get the problem fixed but it was fixed the second time.

This was a simple disconnect and reconnect plumbing so new countertops could be installed. It took less than 1 hour to disconnect the plumbing, and they charged $325.00. It took about 1.5 hours to reconnect and it cost a whopping $450.00 The company suppled NO parts or materials, except plumbers putty, so these exorbitant prices are for labor only. I do not know about anyone else reads this, but I am retired, and I never made 3 or 4 hundred dollars an hour during my 40-year career, although I have a PhD and worked 2 jobs for years. I felt they priced my job due to my house or neighborhood, and I was gouged horribly, I also felt I was recommended to replace the faucet and garbage disposal to make it easy on the workman; both were in absolutely perfect working order upon their disconnection. The bright spot is their receptionist is kind, professional and helpful.

Final project turned out great!

They messed-up in the first place, but finished up (after notice) with my fullest approval with very good work

Superior has done several jobs for us. Replace toilets and recapped well/ pump housing after it was hit by a vehicle. All work was Very prompt and exceptionally well done. Cost was reasonable and as expected. No surprises. Have used them before and will again. Highly recommend.

Did a great job per Customer

Good customer service, very knowledgeable. WAY overpriced. I had handheld bidets installed on 4 toilets (usually a DIY sort of thing). In the first house I paid $150 for 4 toilets. With Superior plumbing, I paid $415. So, it might be worth it for a complicated and important project.
