+ -1 moreWe had several problems with the provider. The biggest was with the lack of professionalism with the cleaners that we were assigned. On several occasions, we heard worked complaining about the condition of our house. We also had problems with punctuality and communication. There were also an incident that involved something breaking and not being told until after we found it.

+ -1 moreMost thorough housecleaning - either from a company or an individual - that I've ever had. The women are always polite and professional, and of course totally trustworthy.
Description of Work: Linda and her crew clean my house every two weeks, and they do an excellent job, the best I have ever had. They clean everything: vacuum, dust, clean 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, ceiling fans. They even move the furniture and clean underneath and behind.
