R V & Camper Refrigeration

I phoned RV & Camper on 7/23 and setup an appt. to bring my RV by on 7/26 to have my failed A/C looked at. Arrived early and after waiting 15 mins, Sam came out of repair shop. Never introduced himself and and immediately headed to my camper. After hooking up an electrical cord to the camper he headed to the rear door. At that point I told him that due to the slide out the thermostat could only be accessed through the front door. At that point San told me that “he was done and to take my trailer elsewhere. I asked what happened and he told me that I was not going to tell him what to do and he didn’t make “shxx” off of warranty work and that he was doing me a favor. He continued to belittle me as I asked him once again what I had done. I have “never” been treated so poorly as a customer. I would rate this company zero if that were an option. DO NOT do business with this company. Total lack of customer service and professionalism.

I went to Mr. Obermiller with a few simple questions. He was arrogant, conceited, and incredibly unprofessional. I would not trust his advice or allow him to touch any of my equipment. “He’s not building my camper” was his constant refrain. It’s already built. He wouldn’t even let me get to that point. The man seems to know nothing about RVs, though he has more than a few around his shop. If he knew anything, he could have engaged me in the simple conversation and I would have gone about my business. I recommend all to avoid this business and the owner’s hideous attitude.

I paid several $100 less than all the competitors. They took us off our hours. It’s a small business owner and treated us like an individual and not a number. I will absolutely use them again in future.

Very patient and honest. Experience was very good.

Sam has worked several weeks replacing the refrigerator and installed an inverter and general repairs, including new shocks and generator repair.
