Rich picked up the windows and installed them as promised. The windows were Silverline windows that were under warranty.

We are scheduling our repairs as soon as we receive the check from the insurance company.
Description of Work: We have use R & S in the past for repairs on our home and were very satisfied with their work and professionalism. when we had storm damage to our roof we called them for an estimate. They not only gave us an estimate, but agreed to meet with our insurance adjuster to make sure we were getting the proper repairs through the insurance company as well.

I called Rand S and Rich the owner called me back within a few hours. He gave me a price and we set up an appt. for the installation. Rich and his partner arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job and would highly recommend them. We enjoy our new awning.

I hired Rand S General Contracting (Rich) for a SunSetter awning over my 20x12 deck. . He did a wonderful job from beginning to end. I would definitely hire him again for all of my home improvement needs.
