The service provided by Privette's Upholstery was fabulous. They squeezed me into get my sofa upholstered. They finished before I thought they would have it done. Very professional, extremely nice.

I had work done by Privette a few years back and lost contact with them when they moved. I have not been satisfied with others I recently used and thanks to Angie's list I found Mr. Privette again. He upholstered a large ottoman with a lot of tufting and a pop out seat for a bench. Both were expertly done. A nice touch is that although promised the job in three weeks (due the 23rd), they did it a full week before. We are going to have them do two wing chairs in February. Highly recommended.

Everything worked out great and they were a big help in picking out the fabric and working with me.

I called Privette's for an estimate and they were able to give it on the phone after a description of the chairs and sending them a picture. I went to the store to pick out fabric. They had a good selection and they were friendly and helpful. Mike even came down a bit on the price of the fabric. Since I bought the fabric from them, they waived the pick up and delivery fee. Mike said it would be about 2 weeks to complete the job. The young men who picked up the chairs were right on time and very careful and professional. I wasn't in much of a hurry for the chairs since they were going in a little used guest room. However, after not hearing from them, I called the company at the end of April, nearly 2 months since they were promised. Although they were apologetic, it was pretty obvious they didn't start on the chairs until I called because it was a full week before they were delived. They said they would waive the delivery fee but since I already bought the fabric from them, that fee was supposed to be waived anyhow. They brought the chairs right on time and were extremely careful about carrying them upstairs. They look great.

Great! We have used Privette's several times and are always pleased. They do great work, and all the employees are so pleasant to work worth. We will use them and recommend them again and again!

We've been just thrilled with their services. They do outstanding work! We haven't compared their prices with other companies but we felt that they were fair.

I got a quote from Privette's after sending in photo's and measurements. They were very heplful and professional from beginning to end. When I took the furniture in I was given the same quote ( it had been a couple months since my first contact) so I just wanted to confirm the price. I was told it would take about two weeks. Project came in on time at the quoted price and the chair and ottoman looked really great. I was vvery happy with the work.

It is their family business. They brought me the fabric book for me to take a look at it. Once I chose the fabric, they took my furniture. I talked to them over the phone about what I wanted. They brought the furniture back, once the work was done. The work done was excellent, and it was exactly the way I wanted it. The quality of their work was excellent.

Beautiful Job! I contacted Privette's and they told me how much fabric I would need for the couch. I ordered it on my own and once it was in I contacted them and they picked up the couch. I also decided to have kitchen chair cushions redone at last minute and sent them along when couch was picked up. Work was done in less than 2 weeks. The also returned any unused fabric. Very easy transaction. I will have them do another couch and chair for me in a few months.

This was a painless endeavor. I contacted Mike Privette and he visited my home the next day. He told me the amount of material I would need for the project and suggested where to purchase the material for a good price. When I received the material, I contacted him and my furniture was picked up within two days and the job was completed in two weeks. My furniture is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is superb! I would not hesitate to have him reupholster other items when needed. I recommend him highly.

Picked them up when they said they would. Delivered them back in no time. Everything was timely. He did exactly what he said he would do. Nice people, I will use them again.

The quality of the job was outstanding. I was very pleased with the pattern matching, corners, and detailing. I was impressed that he called me when there was a question re: the triple pleat on the corners of the chair, b/c he was trying to do the best job possible. The phone people were very nice and prompt, and the delivery guys were very nice and respectful. The job was completed on time. The only complaint that I have is that Mike decided that the pleat was more complicated and decided to charge me more ($35 each) for each chair and they didn't let me know about that ahead of time. Overall I would definitely use them again, and recommend to anyone. They did a very fine job!

I am very pleased. The chairs and the settee look great! I was looking for something specific for the nail-head trim on the chairs and Mike was a huge help. They pick up and deliver for a fee of $25 which is very reasonable, especially considering they come from Monroe. I found their quote to be very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

Privette's did a great job on every piece, were easy and pleasant to deal with. The work was done more quickly than I expected and done very well. I would definitely use them again!

Mike and his wife couldn't have been nicer to work with. The repair work was well done and the upholstery job was excellent. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They were very quick and responsive with all my needs including pick-up and delivery, initiative to help with additional fabric, and excellent work. Price was reasonable and overall just the best experience. If I'd known it was this easy I'd have done it long ago. I will absolutely use them again.

THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE. THEY PICKED UP AND DELIVERED THE CHAIRS AT NO CHARGE. I WAS WANTING TO DO LEATHER, BUT THEY SUGGESTED OTHER MATERIALS THAT WOULD BE COMPARABLE IN USE THAT WERE A LOT LESS EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE VERY, VERY PROMPT IN THE PICKUP/DELIVERY AND THE TURNAROUND TIME WAS VERY QUICK.

EASY TO WORK WITH. WE APPRECIATE THAT THEY DID THIS SMALL JOB, and EVEN MADE SURE TO CALL and KEEP ME UP TO DATE AS IF IT WERE A BIG JOB FOR ONE OF THEIR DESIGNER CLIENTS. VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROCESS and THE RESULTS.

I REMOVED THE CUSHIONS FROM 6 DINING ROOM CHAIRS AND TOOK THEM OVER TO THEIR SHOP. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CUSHIONS WOULD BE READY BY THE MIDDLE OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND THEY WERE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

CALLED PRIVETTE'S TO ASK ABOUT DROP OFF/PICK UP SERVICE, WHICH THEY STATED THAT THEY DO NOT ALWAYS PROVIDE. (WE DRIVE 2 CONVERTIBLE 2 SEATERS). I DROPPED OFF THE OTTOMAN (AFTER I BORROWED A FRIEND'S TRUCK) AND WAS TOLD TO EXPECT ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS TO COMPLETION. I CALLED PRIVETTE'S 6 WEEKS LATER TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. NO RESPONSE. I CALLED AT 7 WEEKS AND RECEIVED A CALL 2 DAYS LATER THAT I COULD PICK UP MY OTTOMAN AT LAST. THEY DID DELIVER THE FURNITURE TO OUR HOME. THE WORK LOOKS ORIGINAL.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH OVERALL PERFORMANCE.
