Excellent. Walker Evans was very professional. He called to confirm my availability, arrived on time, evaluated the situation, and gave me several options to repair, all with detailed costs. He gave me a recommendation for a temporary fix and a whole budget to replace my aged doors, always explaining every detail. I truly recommend!

Very well. Spring broke on the Saturday afternoon before the recent ice storm in Charlotte. Called Precision the following Monday morning and they sent a repair person that same afternoon

Will not call Precision again for anything. They installed a new garage door balanced not even with the home due to home leveling maybe a 1.5 inch uneven from left to right leaving a gap when fully closed. Precision would not level door with home. They left with door uneven needles to say that problem was fixed within a hour not by them. Upon further inspection of all the hardware screws and bolts I found several bolt not torqued. I had to tighten at least 5 to 6 bolts. Travel rail the garage door rolls on are not aligned correctly. While door is opening it would make a popping noise upon fully open position. During my observation I noticed the roller rods was causing the popping noise during opening from rails misalignment. That problem I had to fix also. Now my garage door operate and performs quietly like it should. I could care less about their stinking warranty let it be voided for repairing their mess. This is definitely a company I will never call or suggest to anyone ever again. It's a shame you have to check behind a company workmanship and cleanup their mess. Being in manufacturing you see a lot of shoddy workmanship, but from a company with this particular name I expected better results! What a insult to the word "Precision". Check behind them on everything if you ever use them. Or you will be calling them back for unnecessary repair that could have been avoided if done right the first time.

Scott and Caleb were on time and professional. We were able to call and they were at our home within two (2) hours. They explained the issues and offered several options to address at different price points. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Very disappointed in them. It started out great BUT they would not match another company's quote. They are TOO EXPENSIVE. Their quote was $800 more than other quote. I don't think $800 is worth MORE warranty. I could get extra warranty for $200 through Allstate. Unless you want to pay MORE on their services, I can't recommend them.

Called Precision Door on a Saturday (late) afternoon regarding our remotes suddenly not working. Matt, who had been to our house before, came out 1.25 hrs later. Matt diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. He was/is courteous, straightforward, knowledgeable and professional (hard to improve in that). I was quoted their basic $65 services charge when I called and that is what I was charged. Their high ratings are earned.

Really good customer service from start to finish. Quickly responded to my inquiry and Willie was out next day to inspect the doors. He walked me through everything and gave me an honest assessment. Though he had a chance to upsell me a new motor, he fixed our aged one at a very fair price. We will definitely call Precision again when its time to replace.

Went well. Tech made some useful recommendations. I replaced more than the broken spring. I did not do any comparison pricing so I don't know if I got a deal. No up-sale and I felt the need for the replacement parts were reasonable on this 15 year old system. Needed the work done quickly and it was.

Will was super! He was knowledgeable, punctual, and very kind. The coupon on Angie's List plus the reasonable price for work put my cost at just $100l. Will definitely hire again for regular maintenance AND ER repairs. Thank you!

Technician Casey actually was running ahead and showed up early. I had a broken spring on one of two garage doors. Decided before he came that if he appeared competent I would have him overhaul both doors as they were the same age. He was expert at repairing the operating mechanism of the doors, so I had him do both. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Prompt and competent.

The entire experience was outstanding! Casey took time to explain the current issues with my door, then went on to explain what to expect in the future. He offered a preventative maintenance quote, and again went over the top to explain how the maintenance would help me. Casey was fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. These are my new go-to guys for any garage door issues, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New door was swiftly installed with no muss or fuss. Huge improvement over old door.

Scott gave me the option of using a used part to save some money and explained the option of a new part. I was thankful for the offering but went with the new parts.

Mark was punctual and professional in all his contact with me. The door is of good quality (much, much batter than what I had better). Mark and his son moved things from the garage to create his workspace and returned everything as it had been. The installation went very well. I'm very pleased with the door and dealing with Mark. We originally had an appointment during snowmageddon. They were making service calls and he called me to let me know but since it was not emergent I opted to reschedule. So he called me back when he was able to get to his calendar. We set up an appointment on the following Tuesday. He arrived promptly. and Did exactly what I asked him to do.

Our garage door began to make some very strange and loud noises when opened and closed. My husband and I saw that a chain was hanging down from the lift. We called Precision Door Service and they sent a repair tech that day. His name was Scott Trainor. Scott was prompt and most courteous. He evaluated the problem and advised us of what needed to be done. He was conscientious and particular about his work. Therefore, we felt confident of the decision he recommended for repair.

Precision Door Service is outstanding!! I was extremely pleased with my services and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He thoroughly investigated my problems and gave me a detailed analysis and cost estimate before he began the work. I have a very expensive garage door (wooden carriage) and he repaired it so it is like new again. Do not hesitate to call this company!! Highly recommend!!

They were AAA-mazing!!! Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Best price of all companies I checked. No extra charge for weekend /evening appointment. I called at night and they were able to come the next day, but I needed a morning appointment so we made it for the day after. I was given a 2-hour window and the technician showed up just after the window opened. He explained what I needed and the cost of the job and got to work. It took him more than 2 hours and I am very happy with the new unit. It's much quieter than my old one. Scott was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

It went great. Scott Probst (the Technician) was on time and very professional. it was over 100 degrees that day and he got a lot of work done for us. He took the time to explain the problem of the tension spring breaking and offered some options of installing 1 vs. 2 tension springs. Then we asked him about replacing the garage door opener since it was old and made a lot of noise (chain drive). Scott again gave us the pros and cons of using a chain drive vs. the belt drive. We decided on the belt drive and the price he offered was reasonable when we looked at similar models at Lowe's and Home Depot online.

First, the service call cost of $59 apx. is GREAT compared to the "main" Overhead Door (our brand of grage door opener & door) provider in Charlotte, they charge $130. Tech had to re-wire a connection on the garage door sensor, which was included in the service cost. He was honest about services they offered & what was REALLY important for us to replace/fix vs. what was 'above' what was really needed at this time. The overall cost of the springs we needed was a little high at $118 each, but after looking at the springs myself, it was obvious this was an integral part that really did need replacement to keep our (heavy) garage door SAFE and operational without having issues that would just re-appear in another month or two (house/door is just over 5.5 years old). Tech was EXTREMELY polite and helpful! In addition, it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix things very fast! It was very reassuring and gained my immediate trust in his ability and his company.

We had a great experience from start to end! Mark was very professional and promptly replaced the spring to our garage door opener. It was especially nice that his business was open on a Sunday. A++
