Good service and professionalism

The serviceman arrived on time and was professional.

This provider advertises 24 hr emergency service and hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. We called them at 7:45 pm on Sunday 11/10 because our garage door came off the track and would not close. We were told there was nothing they could do as they had already sent all the technicians home (15 minutes early!!!) They did not offer to help in anyway. Doesn't deserve the A rating given on Angie's List.

Needed new springs. They were more than I expected, but I'm guessing garage door repair is just more expensive than I thought and they were in line with everyone else. I honestly didn't do much price comparison.

Scott was on time, calling about 15 minutes before he arrived. Was very friendly and professional. He programmed our in car remotes as well to open the garage door. Lubed all rollers and hinges and tightened hinges as well. The garage door seems so much quieter as well. I would highly recommend the team to anyone needed PM on their doors.

Spring was broken. Technician upon inspection found that the torsion tube was bend, and one of the drums/bearing plates and race were destroyed. A simple 2 hour job turned into an full afternoon 5-6 hrs. Technician very professional in explaining what was needed. Did not have the correct springs ( required commercial grade/heavy duty specialty spring.) Made round trip to warehouse and finished up the job the same day... stayed until it was complete (around 7:00PM) Once completed, he reviewed maintenance tips to keep door tuned. Door is quieter than when it was new. Provided very reasonable price; waived and quot;initial service chargesand quot; and provided a 5% senior discount.

The company rep arrived on time (same day as the call) and diagnosed the problem right away. It was fixed and working properly in less than two hours.

Initially called Precision based off of reviews on Angies list and ValPak coupon. Over the past 2 years our garage door would, on occasion, not close. In addition to occasionally not closing it would make quite a bit of noise when opening and closing. After completing the checklist the technician recommended doing the overhaul (with warranty) as simply replacing the springs at this point might mean they could be back in the near future to replace another piece (note: the house is 16 years old). I'm very happy with the results as I haven't had any issues with closing and the noise we heard before is totally gone. My wife was amazed at how much quieter the whole thing was and wished we had done the work much sooner. In addition the warranty reassures me that if something goes wrong it will be covered.

The experience was great. The problem was fixed. The only negative was that when I called I was told my appointment window was 4-6. The tech called at 5:30 and told me the appointment he was working on was taking a little longer and he would be another hour or so. He came at 7 and was done at 7:30. I understand that happens and was fine with it since he called and explained.

The job overall went excellent. The installers did obviously what we wanted. They did a great job. They were very prompt. We were looking for one of the quiet doors and they had that. They came out and installed the door the same day. We would use them again in the future too.

The technician said that they did not have the coils available and he would have to find them and that they would have to go to a specialty company in Ohio. After getting quotes from additional companies, I figured out that this company inflated its prices to reflect the neighborhood they were working in.

Our old garage door had been replaced by another contractor with unsatisatisfactory results. When we could not get satisfaction form the original installer, we called Precision Door in to correct the situation. They did the replacement promptly, professionally and at a better price than our first contractor. I wish we had gone to Precision in the first place, but we will definitely go back to them for any garage door work needed in the future. That may be awhile, as the door looks and operates great!

It went very well. They completed it quickly. They were very responsive. They did the job they said they were going to do.

It was good. He showed up. He seemed to fix the problem. That was it.

It has broken twice. They have come out and replaced it both times and have stood behind their guarantee with no hassles and no charges. They are very reasonable. It worked out fine. I have used them a number of times.

It turned out very good. They always have someone there 24/7 that will answer the phone. Being a repeat customer I was able to get service the next day. They were very responsive.

It was great. We couldn’t use the garage before and now we can. They had to replace the whole thing; the door and the mechanism. They showed up on time. They called me back. I thought we needed a new garage door opener which would have been pretty expensive. He told me we probably didn’t need a whole new opener. He tried one thing first and it fixed it so we didn’t have to buy a new opener.

They were a good company and I had absolutely no problems. They came for the estimate and were punctual. They did what they said they would do, the quality was what they said it would be and the price was fair. They are good people.

I called several people and got estimates. Their price was good. They were able to get it fixed the same day.

They did an excellent job. Very professional and explained the work well before he began. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Pleasant company to work with and I would use them again.

DID A GOOD JOB, THEY CAME THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH-PRICED, BUT WHEN WE TALKED ABOUT THE BILL, THEY AGREED WITH ME AND REDUCED THE CHARGE.

CALLED ON A SUNDAY MORNING. SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME THAT SAME AFTERNOON. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND QUICKLY DID THE JOB.

SERVICE CHARGE WAS $55, AND HE DID AN HOUR OF WORK FOR TOTAL OF ONLY $75 BILL. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND JOB EXPECTATIONS.

THEY RAN A LITTLE LATE, BUT THEY CALLED TO EXPLAIN. THEY EVEN CAME ON A SUNDAY AND DIDNT CHARGE EXTRA.

INSTEAD OF ONLY REPAIRING SINGLE SPRING THEY CONVINCED ME TO DO COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT OF DOOR. HE WAS THEN UNABLE TO CLOSE MY DOOR TO NOT HAVING IT ON TRACK.
