Description of Work: I called at 2am when my garage door literally fell apart. They were there hours later on a Sunday morning. They were able to get the door closed for security and came back 4 days later to install a new door. A new door that is better than the original at the same price point (the old one was installed by a different company). It is the second time I've used Precision and they continue to be knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Garage door would not open due to broken spring. Called at 7AM and they were out by 11AM. From what I read the job should have cost around $600 bucks and I paid $550. The service tech was professional and got the job done in close to an hour, replacing the spring, rollers, pulleys, cables and middle support bracket. I have a huge 30 year old 2 car garage door that weights a ton and this guy fixed like new and hit the road.

Description of Work: We moved in a new house last year and the garage door stopped working two days ago. I found a coupon for Precision door service in mail yesterday and checked out their reputation on Angie's list before I called them. Sure enough, the service was great. I didn't know anything about our garage door (or garage doors in general), the service guy named Scott explained everything: what the former owner had done in our garage door (installing two springs, which is good), what I should expect from my garage door (should be Ok for 5 to 8 years or more), and what we should be looking for when the garage door doesn't work again. In short, we were not a big ticket customer for them but still he did a great job. He tuned up the garage door and honored my coupon for $49. So the total bill came out to be $109 including service call charge. I'll sure to call them for the yearly tune ups as he recomended.

Description of Work: I've used Precision through the years to repair various things with my 2 1/2 car wooden garage door. I finally had the garage door replaced with an insulated fiberglass door ... I love it! They were very professional and I only needed to move a few things out of the garage. Entire installation only took several hours.
