George and his "new hire" came out, troubleshot the system (I already knew it would fail), and gave me four options for replacement. They didn't try to sell me on the priciest garage door opener. They taught me how to program the garage and gave me their information if I had any questions.

First (and only) to respond when I solicited estimates from 3 vendors for replacing an existing residential garage door opener. Able to meet me the next day. Provided options and prices in a helpful an transparent manner. Was so impressed, I booked them on the spot, and to my surprise, they were able to complete the job right then and there. The work was done competently, quickly, and explained thoroughly after completion. Would recommend Precision in a heartbeat!

They were very prompt and professional. The opener installation took just a little over an hour. The only downside: they were a bit more expensive than the other bids but the value of their product and installation was excellent.
