I love my garage door opener. It is so quiet, that I can never hear it. I love the work Mike did to inform me of the process. In addition, Precision's work, DID NOT violate my garage door warranty. I love this company and they are highly recommended. Love the garage door opener. It is indeed the quietest product on the market.

After placing a call for service, I was contacted immediately. That was surprising because it was a Saturday and I thought I would have to wait until Monday. A timeframe was given to me as to when the service person would be at my home to assess my problem and he was on time. He determined what the problem was, gave me a quote, and fixed my garage door in record time. I would defintely recommend Precision Door Services to any of my friends looking for a dependable, competent repair company.

Great service. They were able to repair my garage door in a timely manner and did an exceptional job. Their repair rates were a little on the "high" side but they guarantee their work. Scott called to see if he could come after 5, he was coming from Wake Forest. It was nice to see he was willing to work past the usual work day. He was very knowledgeable and not only did the job right then and there, but explained how to keep the garage door in proper working order. He was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

He did not try to sell us a complete door when all we needed was to replace the bottom panel. They ordered the necessary part and I was very impressed with their ethics.

They were very responsive and the work was completed quickly. The job required replacement of the torsion springs on the garage door. Although the work was completed quickly, the materials charge for the springs was very high (which I discovered after a search on the internet after the work was completed). Consequently the overall job was about $100-$150 more expensive than what it appears would have been charged by other contractors. When I called the company to ask about this, I was told that someone would call me back, but they did not.

The repaiman who came out was very courteous and recommended a test before commiting to service. I thought that was very helpful and quarantees that I will use the company when I do need service.
