When I called I explained that one spring was broken and needed to be replaced and they gave me an estimate for $75.00 for a service call and told that they would quote me the cost of the spring, which included installation, when the service technician arrived. I was told that he would be there between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM the next day. The technician arrived shortly after noon the next day, right on time! When he looked at the problem he said that due to liability concerns, they could not replace just one spring, they had to replace both springs. I would have thought that the lady that I first talked to would have told me that.

They gave me a discount for them coming out, then overcharged me for the part they installed. I saw the part they charged me $70 for in Lowes for $20.

The large spring on my 2-car garage door broke. The mechanic fixed it in no time flat. I couldn't believe his quickness to repair the problem. After he left I was having a problem closing the door so I called him about 5 minutes after he left. He returned and ended up replace the wheel which drives the chain in the motor mechanicism. The mechanic was very polite and informative about the door. He worked very fast and thorough. I was very pleased with his workmanship.
