The customer svc was great you can tell that tell that he knew his job and we had another company come out about six months ago and they were well over priced. I would recommend this company he was honest and detailed about what work needed to be done.

They seemed genuinely committed to doing an excellent job. They returned to address a concern I had and made it right. The lifetime warranty is what sold me on them

Polite, friendly and prompt service. $59.95 service fee charged for coming out, plus price for parts - needed to put a bracket on the garage door as the arm was starting to break away. I found the service a bit expensive, but they came within 24 hrs, called before coming over and had excellent customer service. So I'd rather pay more for good service than pass less for bad. I would call them again without reservation.

Called immediately after I submitted my request for service and came the same afternoon. Service representative was very professional and friendly and fixed my door the same day.
