I needed a repair and ended up with a new door operating system. I can't second guess the recommendation, and the work was done promptly and courteously, but the cost was considerably more than the estimate, like twice the upper estimate, and I would have liked more information or more warning.

We were having noise in the rollers. We called them and they told us the rollers to need to be replaced. they changed then in well within the time, we feel they're a great company to do business with.

Technician was experienced, friendly, on time and fast. Tech completed the job correct the first time.

I called Precision on Christmas Eve Day. They came out that day and repaired-replaced a broken spring and two brackets and replaced all the rollers on this 26yr old door. Excellent work. A very pleasant experience.

The tech came in and explained what was needed for the repair. Did not try to make us spend extra money. This is now my go to garage door specialist.

The agent, Scott Probst, was knowledgeable, polite and provided necessary information regarding the installation of a new opener and a new keypad for remote control. I was very happy with this person's work and would hire this company again in future.

The door, opener, and installation are top notch. I did have to track them down a bit to find out when the work was scheduled.

I can't say enough about how trustworthy, polite, wonderful Scott is. He had to go above and beyond to give me a brand new garage door. These gentlemen came out and had to remove old shelving that the previous garage door was attached to, move things out of the way in the garage and they swept up afterwards. I was not able to stay for the install and was worried, but no need, I came home to a garage door that works really well. I am recommending Precision to anyone that asks.

Scott came to my house at the scheduled time, reviewed my problem, made a few adjustments, and recommended that I get new rollers soon...I was very impressed with the fact that he did the job, didn't overcharge me and fixed the problem.

I was surprise of the "right-now" service that I got. And I was excited about how fast and sufficient the repair and service were.

Great company that did job in the same day as request. They are really on the ball. I got the best price and best product without upsell pressure. I am going to hire again for 2nd door opener and new doors. I had two of three choices that were considered good and knowledgeable. The third offered standard off the shelf from Lowe's with multiple piece rails instead of one rail for higher price. Do your homework and know the differences in products and prices. You'll see most contractors can impress with phone sales skill but not all are offering best quality product and price Iike these guys

Repairman was on time and diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and had the work done and cleaned up without any delays. Checked our other garage door to make sure it wasn't having any problems while he was here

They arrived on time and fixed my problem in 10 minutes.

Scott was a professional and did a great job.

Showed up when promised calling to let me know he was on his way . Fixed the problem quickly {opener disconnected from door) giving me the option of having it fail again or replacing the trolley with a new one ( some teeth were missing) . I went with the new. He lubricated the moving parts, checked all and even replaced a burned out bulb. Explained everything. Was professional and more importantly very very nice. I would definitely hire again.
