Garage door was not opening and closing correctly. It was something due to the programming, and I did not have time to diagnose it and repair it myself. Precision was quick and "precise". They came out to the house the next day, diagnosed the issue and the garage door was working like new. The overall charge, though was a little higher than anticipated-- service charge was $60 and then it was another $130 for the repair. No parts. Overall good service, but more expensive.

Came out ahead of schedule for the initial visit, assessed the problem with the door, got my vehicles out and scheduled an appointment for the following week to replace the door. To my surprise they called the next day and stated that since I was a veteran they would replace the door that day and arrived on schedule and completed the job which prevented us from having access to the garage over the weekend

Precision door came same day and diagnosed and fixed a problem that was made by the installers.

Friendly and courteous. Took care of every part of replacing art of the door track and adding a water protection molding. The technician did not have the molding with him but with brought back later on in the day and installed with no additional charge.

Was on time and customer service was good but the price was excessive for replace of springs. Pushed extended warranty which really didn't want but with the cost of just replacing springs didn't make much since not paying the extra 150.00.

I appreciate the prompt service in repairing my garage door considering the weather forecast from the Hurricane. At least I didn't have to worry about having the garage door open during the storm. I am pleased with the great customer service and will be using Precision Door Services for future maintenance and repairs.

This company came out to my house and did measurements and talked to me as opposed to just sending me a quote over email. They were on time and did a neat job. They also replaced the hardware pieces of the door and give those pieces a lifetime warranty, that commitment I didn't hear from the other companies.
