They are excellent. This would be the 2nd time that we used them. The owner is very detail oriented. He is very fair, very genuine. The crew he has are very respectful and all around nice guys. He does excellent work at a very fair price.

It was a great experience. Everyone on the job site was wonderful and it was obvious that they took great pride in their work. The bottom line always seemed to be, "What can we do to make this a great job and what can we do to make the final product even better than the customer expected?" When a timeline for the completion of the work was established, there were no excuses as to why it was going to take longer. Instead, whatever was necessary to complete the job on time and as promised was done even if it included working longer hours and on weekends. I would never think of going with any other company if I have additional work done in the future.

They put in a retaining wall. They did irrigation and lots of land scaping for different bushes, shrubs and flowers. They created two decorative sets of retaining walls and a mail box. It went very well and I was pleased with their work. They did their best to make us happy. For example, if they put in something that we weren?t really sure, then they would either explain to us further about it or change it. They were service oriented. They made sure that we were happy with their work. I was very happy with their work. I would use them again in future.

Raul is a perfectionist, but seems to take a lot of pride in being able to complete large projects like mine in days not weeks. He and his employees were all very professional, hard working, always showed up on time and somehow completed this extensive project while working around 9 foster dogs! I did not feel that I had to be on the premises for every moment of the project. If I had to leave for a while, I knew my home, the project and my dogs were in good hands. I would recommend Orchid's Landscaping to anyone who is looking for a service provider who can provide both design support and a very high quality of work.
