It's a sole proprietorship and friendly service. It took a couple of days. He does seasonal maintenance check. He also does gas line work for putting in gas appliances.
Description of Work: They installed a mechanical system for the garage bonus room.

They two gentlemen that did the work were very skilled. They knew exactly what they were doing. They had no kind of hang ups that slowed the project down. They were both very friendly and polite. They made sure that there were no gas leaks of any kind. They also made sure the furnace was working properly before they left. There was no kind of mess left for us to clean up.
Description of Work: Heatman Mechanical installed a new 90000 BTU gas furnace in the basement of our home. They also connected about 10 foot of new gas line in our home and hooked up our gas fireplace.

This company is very dependable and very timely. They make sure to answer all of your questions and get the job done correctly. I was very impressed with the personable approach that the workers had as well. I have actually called them to do more work since this project was completed and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a bonus room and a new kitchen remodel and we needed the stove installed as well and the heat and air ducts and piping for the bonus room installed. I am not sure of the measurements of the bonus room.

I think that the company did an excellent job with the work. I was very pleased and I have recommended this company to a lot of my friends and family. They were on time and made sure to explain everything to us. The prices are reasonable as well.
Description of Work: We needed the old furnaces in the basement disconnected and a new unit both upstairs and on the second floor installed. The size of our house is about 3100 square feet. We have a choice to differentiate the temperatures threw out the house that way. So there were a total of two furnaces installed and the ducts cleaned and checked as well.

This company went above and beyond to complete the work. They really made me feel comfortable in the decision that I made with this company. They were friendly and made sure to complete the work on time. They had tracked mud on the kitchen floor and even offered to clean it up. I continuously recommend this company to all of my family and friends they do awesome work.
Description of Work: We had a second floor built on our home and we needed a new heating and cooling unit to be installed upstairs. The total square footage of the house is 2369. There was just not enough power with one unit.

Sean's very nice and a hard worker. The work he did was covered under my warranty, as far as the air conditioner went. He charged me only about sixty dollars for the circuit breaker work and that was a real deal. I liked this company a lot and they are who I would hire for that kind of work again.
Description of Work: I was having real circuit breaker problems in my home. Electricity was not always working when it was supposed to and so the whole system needed to be repaired. I cannot accurately say what the exact problem was, but I did not have a new system installed. Rather, this company fixed my old one by replacing several components within the unit. I also needed a new large air conditioning unit installed. They removed my old one for me and put in a new one.

OUR AC COMPLETELY DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST. WE CALLED HEATMAN AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY. AT THAT TIME, THEY MADE A TEMPORARY FIX AND THE AC WAS WORKING AGAIN. 2 DAYS LATER THEY CAME BACK AND REPLACED THE BROKEN PART. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY HEATMAN AND THE PRICE I PAID. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SCHEDULE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM TO FIX ANY FUTURE HEATING/COOLING PROBLEMS.

HE CAME BY AND TOOK MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT OUT (STILL IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION) AND SWITCHED IT OUT WITH MY DAUGHTERS. HE THEN INSTALLED A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR ME AT A VERY, VERY REASONABLE PRICE. HE WAS EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. THIS IS A VERY GOOD AND PUNCTUAL COMPANY RUN BY SHAWN MEER.
