TOO RUDE FOR B RATING.. Answered the phone rude like he was being bothered..Angie listed as coverage for my area but when I told him the area he said that's not in my area and hung up on me..too rude for a B rating. Professionalism should start from the introduction!

He is wonderful! I have been using him ever since I moved to Charlotte and I think he came to Charlotte around the same year. I love him! He was busy at the time, that is the reason why I didn’t use him initially, cause he had so many jobs. But, his name is Kerry Burroughs at KNKB Handyman Services. He was in and out of my house, cause he redid my kitchen. I think it was a few days later after another company jacked me up. He does everything for me, so I give him an A+, his work is just, so great. I think it was $100 for him to rehang the TV. Price is fair! Very professional!

He was back and forth and it was all completed probably in September, from August to September.

Kerry is a great guy who does great work. Very trustworthy, very kind, very professional. The only issue I've ever had is that unless you agree in advance exactly when he'll start and confirm that he'll stay until it's finished. Because his quality & pricing is so good he gets overbooked and tries to juggle jobs which can get frustrating, but he's definitely "a keeper". Good man - great work.

I've used him sporadically for a couple of things. The price was very, very cheap. It was less than $200. He seems pretty knowledgeable about what he is doing. He is pretty open with availability and he is very, very cheap. I would absolutely use him again.

He is always punctual, even a little early sometimes which is fine with me. He is always available when I call him. He always answers his phone. He does an absolutely bang up job. He comes in and gets right to work. He does everything professionally. He is a downright nice guy. He is very professional. I hope to use him again next week.

He is awesome. He did a better job than the plumber did. His price is so competitive. His quote is so detailed and right on target. He is very trustworthy. He takes pride in his jobs and wants to do a good job. He would rather take a bit longer and do the job right.

He did an excellent job. He has a good record edge and he was path drawn. He does excellent work and I would recommend him to anybody. He was a smart man. I would give him the highest ratings. He was one of the every few people I run into who can do more than one thing well. His price was fair.

As always, he did great work! He is very trustworthy. He is the only contractor I trust to be in home without my presence.

Wonderful. Kerry does great work and he's honest and takes pride in his work. I have used him numerous times for everything around my house (recessed lighting, moving cabinets and ice cube water line, refinishing ceilings, adding crown molding, electrical, etc.).

Very Well. He did an excellent job. He works alone and tries not to take on too many jobs at once.
