Description of Work: JR installed 6" half-round gutter on our house and did a beautiful job, EXCEPT when installing the gutter brackets and pinning the gutter to the facia, they used too long of a screw and pierced the brand new facia by 3/4" inch. So, the are hundreds of screws doing this. When asked about the length of the screw, I was told this is an industry standard. I am now left with hundreds of screws that have pierced the facia all the way around the house.

 + -1 moreThank you so very much for my new gutters!! I left for work seeing old gutters & came home to new gutters shining as I pulled in the driveway the same day. I would have never have known anyone had been at my residence if it were not for the nice beaming beautiful gutters. There was no trash or debris remaining to be seen from the old gutter removal before the installation of the new gutters. Everything completed in one day, that's how women like home improvement to be done! Thanks again, for your promptness & professionalism. I will definitely refer you to family, friends, & coworkers. -Jenny
