Description of Work: I purchased an HVAC seasonal inspection/cleaning. Jerry called on the day of the appointment to say he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to come over early, which I had no problem with, but a major lightning storm rolled in just as he arrived, so we had to reschedule. I called his office and Lisa was very helpful in getting the appointment on a day that I would be home. On that day, he showed on time and completed a thorough inspection and cleaning of the HVAC and condenser unit within two hours. He was prompt and professional. He explained in detail what he did and the results of his testing. Within minutes after he left, I had a detailed invoice in my email inbox. Very happy and will use again!
