They were very thorough. Removed some of the shrubbery around the outside unit that was in the way of it acting properly. Updated Freon. Checked attic units. Explained everything they were doing and answered questions thoroughly.

Response was quick and easy set the appt. Jerry one of the mechanics showed on time. Inspected unit and all coils. Blew out the drain up in the attic. Explained and answered question on a few things. Very good experience.

Routine heating tune-up. I did say that the furnace was making some noise when it was cutting on and off. He explained to me what the cause was, and nothing was really wrong with the furnace.

Everything went well. They were on time, nice, professional, and seemed to do a good job from what I can tell.

Some of it worked out well, some of it didn't. I spent about $300. The problem was that a screw broke off and it began to grind into the housing so they replaced the screw. But in the meantime everything was out of balance. Less than a year later the fan seized up. The fan was out of balance because of the motor, which was common. My dad does heating and air but he was out of town so that's why I had Jerry do it. After he replaced the fan motor I found that he needed to replace the entire fan and the tools inside the housing for the fan because those went as well. I was out of town when he came so in the end I had to replace the whole thing myself.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went really well. When I would call they would come right out. I have moved since they last serviced my house. What stands out is their promptness and courtesy. They got it working and it kept working.

I absolutely love this company! They (Joey and Chris) came right out, offered me a great price and installed the new unit very quickly. They done a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It went wonderful. Dru, Jerry, and Chris could not have been more kind to 80 year old people. It was going to be 10 degrees last night and they worked very hard to get our system in, and succeeded. The level of professionalism they gave us is something that is hard to find these days. We have used them in the past and they have always given us wonderful service. Additionally the office staff is great. Specifically, Lisa has always been very helpful. We also really appreciate that this company sends out Christmas cards.

They inspected my heat pump for winter use. I would highly recommend the company and the yearly contract with spring & fall inspection. By being under contract, if I ever do have a problem they make sure to answer my call quickly.
