+ 0 moreCompany stopped showing up with no communication at all. They don't respond to phone or emails. Additionally, we were under contract for a monthly fee they were to provide a spring/fall clean up along with some lite pruning. Since they simply stopped, I did not get my clean up nor pruning which I've been paying for all year. Complete lack of professionalism.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for some time now and have been completely satisfied. I am out of town so I depend on them to do the work and to keep it looking great.
Description of Work: Jenkins Captivating Landscapes maintains a retail plaza for me. They cut grass, mulch, cut down trees and controls the litter on the property. They also send me video's and pictures of the property.

+ 4 moreThe services have all gone excellent. When I come home my yard is always done and taken care of. They show up in a timely manner and take pride in their work as well as pay attention to detail.
Description of Work: I have been using them for a little over 2 years, they have done complete sodding, fertilization, treatments as well as leaf removal and biweekly care.
