JAMPS CARPET CLEANING

We just moved into a new house and the carpets were in need of cleaning. My wife used Jamps based on a recommendation from her mother and sister, who had used them in the past. Mark and Patty Pauley (husband wife team) just moved to Charlotte earlier this year so they didn't have a lot of history in this area, nor had they yet made Angie's List. They showed up as scheduled at 9:30 am. Their cleaning van has it's own water supply, so they put up door guards in all places where the hose ran through the house. For furniture that we were unable to move, they placed plastic under the feet so that the wood would not damage the carpet once it was cleaned. They were able to clean up several stained areas that to me had looked fairly permanent. They hung up all the curtains as well, so that they would not touch the carpet. They also cleaned all of our upholstered furniture. Relative to many of the franchised carpet cleaning outfits, their price was fairly low.
