I was given a quote of $400-$500 for a rough-in installation of a light fixture dependent on what would be involved. As it turned out, the install was much easier than expected and took them only an hour and fifteen minutes. Instead of being charged on the low end of my quote I was charged on the high-end. I can't find any reason for a job that took less than 1.5 hours to cost $500. When I asked the tech why I was being charged this his answer was "sorry". So, I called the office and asked to have it explained. I was told the owner would reach out to me. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing. If you guys could give me a reasonable explanation for this fee, I would accept that. Instead, the owner has decided to ignore me. This alone shows me all I need to know about your character, sir. I can only assume you won't reach out because you know I was overcharged and you don't intend on making it right.

Installers were on time, worked diligently and completed the installation on time.

Arrived promptly. Had the supplies necessary on their truck. Removed and reinstalled toilet correctly. No issues since.

They were wonderful. They were quick to respond and fixed our A/C. They listened to what we notice and then checked on things and fixed it w/o any issue or delay. Did not spend extra time just to run up the bill. Very professional. Very friendly. Highly Recommend.

Service was excellent. event did a few things without charging extra.

They check the HVAC for proper operation, changed the humidifier and serviced for season. Drained the water from humidifier and cleaned. Left humidifier off for summer. Changed filters which we provided. Overall the service has been superior.

Our A/C unit was not cooling as it should. Although we had the temp set on 70, the temp in the house would rise in the afternoon to 76 sometimes. We weren't sure why it wasn't cooling like it should be. I called Hinson Mechanical at 1pm and they had a service tech in the area finishing up with another job, so they called him and he was at my house by 1:45pm. That was fantastic! He was there for about an hour and 45 minutes. I was charged $216, which I thought was kind of high. They charge $90 to come out and find out what is wrong and they allow an hour for this. So I guess I was charged $126 for the repair. Our unit was frozen so he had to get it thawed out and we also had a piece of paper blocking the airflow under the house which we did not know about. He explained that we shouldn't have the temp set lower than 70. When you get down to 68, that is really pushing it and could cause the unit to freeze. We had lowered the temp to 69 at one point, which I guess is what caused the trouble. Overall I am satisfied. He was very professional and used his shoe covers (although they were a little dirty). I would use this company again.

They arrived on time. They were very rofessional. Put covers over their shoes. Replaced the thermostat then went under the house to check the rest of the unit to make ure there were not any other problems. Did not leave until they new everything was irking well. Could not ave asked for better service

Service call was very through by proficient service man. He was punctual, proficient, and courtesy.

They were on-time, took their shoes off at the door each time they came in to test the thermostat, and took great care of us. Great folks. We will happily continue to do business with Hinson's and highly recommend them for quality service after the sale.

David could have easily told me I needed a new unit and made a lot of money off of this call, which is what I was expecting, but he was honest with me and I could tell from our conversation that this is exactly how he and his family operate and have for 30 yrs. I will certainly be calling Hinson Mechanical when my antique air conditioner/heating unit does call it quits as well as any electrical or plumbing problem I may have in the future. I feel as tho I have met a new professional friend!

Little confusing with his pricing. Was adjusted lower so I was pleased in the end.

It is outside the house. I am not sure what was done out there. Their price is good. We will use this company in the future.

Since the installation, everything is still going OK. I did have a few things wrong at first. I took some pictures, called the owner, and he came right on out and fixed it all. It was free of charge to have the things fixed. It was not much, I was just glad there were no hassles about getting it fixed. I would recommend them because they seem to be rather professional.

They did a nice job on my heating system. They were knowledgeable and installed the system easily and quickly. I also received a warranty. The furnace is heating as it should so I have no complaints about it or their service. I felt the prices were fair and comparable to other companies.

They did a great job on the work. It was a basic install and they were there on time and friendly. I would say that this company does excellent work and they are trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone for their reasonable prices and quality work.

Tommy, the installation manager, was very informative and polite. Of the three estimates we received we were most impressed by Tommy and his company. They worked fast and efficiently. Upon completion it was determined that due to the design of our laundry room the unit was too big for the allowed space. Tommy had that unit removed and then installed a gas pack outside instead at no additional expense to us. We were very pleased with the overall experience.
