Harmon Environmental offers the following services: We remove and dispose of heating oil underground storage tanks in accordance with NC law. Our services include removal of the tank and oil-contaminated soil (if necessary), sampling, reporting, backfilling the excavation and restoring the yard area. Further, we prepare the paperwork for the tank owner to submit to the NC underground storage tank trust fund for reimbursement of clean-up costs. This trust fund refunds tank owners for clean-up costs associated with a leaking underground tank.
