they claimed that the gutter was cleaned, we did face time the next day and showed him how they are not clean, he kept on insisting that they for cleaned and said if you do not want to pay you do not have to. according to him they do not use water, they take the gutter guard off, clean the gutter and place the guard back, clearly this was a scam. there is no way that you can take the guard off, clean the gutter and the leaves and branches are still on the guard (magic)

Took a little phone tag before we finally connected, but once we got squared away, it went great. Quick, thorough, and professional. In a house surrounded by trees, I'll be happy to use them again.

I was extremely pleased with Pedro's (Esquivel) response and followup on a gutter/roof project. We had an area off the garage leaking water back towards the house, resulting in rotting wood and wet door entryway, water in the garage after every major downpour. I submitted several requests for estimates (through Angies List) and received only two responses, one of which was from Esquivel. He gave me a price to replace all gutters around the house for not much more than I was quoted for the garage only from the other company. (Different gutter guards admittedly). In addition, Pedro referred me to a friend for roof repairs. The other company had said none were needed, which turned out to not be the case. (Roof was damaged under shingles allowing water to run back towards porch, and previous poor gutter installation had created a shingle channel back towards the house.) Pedro and crew finished in one day. After first rain I noticed a couple of spots where water leaked between gutter and fascia. One required roof repair for which the roofer returned. Pedro added some overhang to the second. He came promptly both times I called at no extra charge. He also blew all the leaves and oak droppings from my roof on the second visit, again at no extra charge. He is very much interested in customer service and I can't recommend him strongly enough. He was a real find.

There was a major storm the Monday that the service was to be performed but the next day two men came and cleaned the gutters of my two story home. I also had a flood light out at the highest part of the guttering and they replace it. The two men were pleasant and I would most likely, us the company again.

Due to sale of house, gutter problem had to be fixed. I called all the companies on Angie's referral List and no one had the decency to help in an emergency situation, Esquivel not only showed up, completed the job in a professional manner but were hundreds of dollars cheaper than others. The prices quoted were from $400-$750 and Esquivel did it for less than all the others. Just for information, the need was for 20-30 feet of gutter. Their price was more than fair and they never charged for a last minute request, The never took advantage of the consumer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER EVERYONE ELSE ON THE LIST.

This contractor came out and inspected the property prior to providing the estimate as opposed to using Google Earth. (Some just sent an estimate via text message without even showing up) This provided me with much more confidence that there would not be "surprises" during the job. They arrived promptly at the time they promised to do the work. The work was completed quickly and correctly and all workers were professional, courteous and friendly. The job site was cleaned up after leaving no evidence of construction. I would re-hire them in the future and would highly recommend them to others. They even surprised me with a senior citizen discount!

It was quick and easy to get scheduled and the job was completed on-time.

The gentleman came out and surveyed the work that i needed to have done and gave me a price quote which was very reasonable. We set up a appointment to have his crew come out and they did several days later and on schedule as promised. Even though I couldn’t be home that day because of work he did complete the job as promised. What i liked even more was to assure his trust that it was done he sent me pictures of the before and after the task was completed followed by a phone called when they were done. I would highly recommend this company and hire them again if the situation calls for them to come out again.

Fri a storm came through a ripped off part of our front gutter. I’ve been needing to replace them anyway with better ones found Esquivel construction Monroe nc through google with good reviews. He came Saturday and took measurements. Monday I got an estimate and Tuesday I had new gutters. They look great. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up every last screw. In 4 days I went from falling gutters to new ones. Thanks so much for your fast professional work. I will definitely hire them again
