I was working with two different companies and there was not much of a price difference between the two. I decided to see who would contact me and do a follow-up. I never did hear back from the other company and this company was very good about following up, not only to see if I was interested but also to make sure that I was pleased. I thought that was really positive along with the fact that they did really good work. They brought the shower glass out and put it in and they were not satisfied after looking at it. The width of one of the pieces of glass was about a quarter of an inch off. I probably would not have noticed it but it was not supposed to be like that and they took it back and re-cut a whole new piece of glass, brought it back and installed it. That says a lot about the quality of the company.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. WE SHOPPED AROUND FOR CUSTOM-SIZED GLASS SHOWER DOORS AND THIS COMPANY HAD THE BEST HASSLE-FREE PRICING. THEY CAME OVER AND INSTALLED THE SHOWER DOORS BUT THEY PUT IN THE WRONG SIZE SHOWER DOOR. WE CALLED THEM BACK EXPECTING THEM TO SAY WE TOLD THEM INCORRECTLY BUT INSTEAD, THEY CAME BACK OUT AND REPLACED THE DOORS TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS WITH NO PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS SHOWER DOORS. TONY IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY DID A QUALITY JOB.
