The three-man crew and truck arrived before the scheduled 10 AM arrival and began loading the 26-foot truck. The move included three bedrooms and a garage full of boxes and storage bins, shelving units and tools. The crew was able to fit all the items in the truck and utilzed the upmost care in securing our belongings. Moving included disassembling and re-assembling the furniture.. All items were delivered intact and the items were placed where we asked them to locate them. They did not start the meter running until 10 AM even though they began prepping the truck and moving items prior to the scheduled beginning time. Prior to the move and after the move, the Company called to make sure we had everything needed for the move and to make sure we were satifised with the quality work of the crew.

Charles, and his team were fantastic. We had to collect belongings from one house, and two separate storage facilities for the move to our new home. This team was fantastic, and there were no surprises! In fact, they even came in under budget! I would highly recommend Citywide Moving Systems. I've had very bad experiences with other movers, and this company is top notch. They lived up to their stellar Angie's List ratings.

Everything went incredibly well and easy from scheduling a quote to the day of our move. The Citywide employees clearly communicated every step of our long distance move and were very helpful, informative, and professional throughout. They went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend Citywide to others.

This was the easiest move ever and it far exceeded my expectations. The staff at Citywide was unfailingly pleasant and easy to deal with. Joel came out to my house to do the estimate and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. I received confirmation of the agreed upon date and time. The packers/movers showed up when they had promised. They were super fast but careful with all of my things. The next day they moved my furniture and household goods into my new home. Nothing was broken and all was placed as we had discussed. It was an A plus experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

It went pretty well without incident.

They were early. They called to let me know when they would arrive. They were funny and efficient. Really made moving a breeze. Very reasonable price. They even deferred their lunch to finish our job. No scratches, dings or hurt furniture. I would absolutely hire again.

The moving team provided were prompt, professional and extremely hard working. Did their best to get the job done earlier than expected and did not knick any of our freshly painted walls. Great experience!

Need movers? This is the company you need hands down. Everyone that worked on our move/storage was amazing. Moving is never much fun, but we connected well with each of the employees and made it fun. They didn't damage either house during move out or move in. Nearly 100% of our property was delivered in same condition as it was when it was picked up. Thank you to their entire staff for a job well done! Would defiantly use them again or recommend them to others we know.

Not well at all. Very unprofessional. Damaged almost all of our furniture. Strap marks on 90% of our furniture. Company did not want to take responsibility for damage.

Excellent job, showed up on time, explained how they would pack things to protect them, then got busy, worked fast but with care so nothing was damaged including the house. Placed things where I wanted them and were happy to move them around a bit. The contact person in the office and the crew were all great. I'd recommend them. The only suggestion I'd make to the company would be to provide the NC Consumer's Guide, Moving 101, prior to the day of the move so we could review it.

Citywide's piano moving service was great! From my first phone call to Kathie in the office through moving day, they were so pleasant to work with. They were very professional and prompt. The guys called ahead on moving day, arrived on time, and were very efficient in the packing up and delivery of the piano. It really was hassle free. The price was also very reasonable! The next time we move, we will definitely be calling Citywide.

Great would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone moving, they came out and helped with my packing and moving job and did a tremendous job.

All of our furniture made it without a scratch. They had pads for the stairs and hardwood floors. We moved to a rental and I will be calling Citywide again as well as requesting the same crew when we move again.

The movers were polite and efficient and nothing was broken! They did a great job packing our fragile items. They could not have been nicer.

We liked them, we are actually just having them pack for our move to the apartment. We really like them. We used two guys and one truck. We used them for a little over a couple of hours. I had a dresser that I had not planned to move to the storage at the time, and they emptied it out, quickly cleaned it, wrapped it up in the furniture pads, and they were very nice about it. The elevator got stuck, and they got locked in with all this heavy home gym stuff, and got locked in with all of that. They wrapped things up so quickly so they didn't have to be there another hour.

Joel walked through the house with my wife a few weeks before the move. he gave her some helpful hints. He advised 2 teams of men with 2 trucks. They showed up on time. They quickly and carefully loaded the 2 trucks and moved to the remaining pieces into the garage, including the upright piano. We drove to the local house first, unloaded the first truck and placed all the furniture in the appropriate rooms, and then went to the further location, again unloading the truck and placing all the furniture in the appropriate rooms. They even moved some old furniture from the second floor of the final stop out into the garage. Honestly, they worked so methodically together that it was difficult to keep up with them. They also finished about 2 hours ahead of the projected schedule, saving me a significant amount of money. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

GREAT!!! Citiwide sent three guys to move me from one house to another locally. The were all clean, polite and nicely dressed (not uniforms, but no droopy drawers!). They handled my stuff carefully, but were quick and efficient. They didn't break anything or ding the walls at either house, and re-assembled at the destination. They came in under time and under budget. I'm a real estate professional and I hear lots of horror stories about movers, but Citiwide did an excellent job for me! Highly recommend them! Oh - and Kathy at the office was terrific and very helpful, especially when I had to re-schedule 3 times. :-) Very pleased with the experience!

From the moment we called and spoke with Kathy to when they arrived the very next day, everything went smoothly! Have used several movers in the past and couldn't have been more pleased with citywide! Would definitely use them again for more than a piano move and highly recommend them!

Being this was the first time I had ever hired movers , I didn't know exactly what to expect however Citywide Moving Systems made it simple and guided me every step of the way. They truly exceeded every expectation... from Kathy in the office to David, Jim, and Brandon that actually did the work. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire them again if needed for anything. I could not have asked for a better experience!
