Intrastate and Interstate moves are charged by the weight of your shipment. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. Our services include packing, moving, labor, piano moves and hoisting for residential as well as business customers. We also have a 72,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled storage facility available for your household items when you are between homes. Description of Work: We moved during the "monsoon" on 11/9/15; the 3 gentlemen were kind, courteous and took great care with our belongings; we will definitely be using them again when our home renovations are complete and we move back in!!!

We have definitely had some crazy rain this year. If our customers are ready to move, we may have to delay an arrival time, but we will not cancel a move due to the weather unless it is not safe for our movers or trucks. We do however try very hard to make sure our customers belongings are well protected before being loaded onto the truck. Thank you for being a great and understanding customer and we look forward to moving you again!

Description of Work: Moved me from Cornelius NC to Roswell Ga. Stayed until 12 pm midnight to finish the job, worked very hard for 15 hours straight. Were very professional, pleasant to work with, made a very stressful move, semi pleasant. I would highly recommend Wille and I cant remember the other man's name but he was great too. This was Memorial Day 2014.

Although we appreciate any reviews, it is hard to respond to a review that has no explanation of the services received and what the review is actually about. In researching this move that was performed over three years ago, it is apparent that after satisfying a complaint to the Better Business Bureau from [Member Name Removed] he still feels the need to continue to hold harsh opinions of our company. I regret that he was not happy with the total cost of his move but can assure you his move was performed with the up-most professionalism and completed within a reasonable amount of time give the circumstances we had to work with.

As a company who prides themselves on customer satisfaction we try very hard to resolve any issues that a shipper may report. Our process in responding to our reviews is to discuss the complaints of a shipper with the movers that were on the job, to give us a better understanding of what may have occurred. When discussing this job with the movers they were completely baffled and unaware of any problems. Mainly due to how pleased the shipper was when the job was completed. It’s obviously hard to respond to the grades we received from [Member Name] when there isn't an actual detailed complaint. We would appreciate if she would give us an opportunity to discuss and resolve any issues.

Description of Work: We used Citywide to move from About 40 miles within NC. The crew was leader was great, and kept ensuring that I was satisfied the entire move. He was communicative, and was very careful with our belongings. Citywide did the same job a competitor quoted us at almost 3 times the cost. Will definitely use them for our next move.

Outstanding experience.

Went very well!
Description of Work: Citywide moved my family from Charlotte to Weddington. This move included our heirloom antique grand piano. The movers are hard workers who are not only quite professional, but they are also fun to be around. Moving is a stressful process, but with these guys it becomes a stress free process. I highly recommend the Citywide team.
