I am very pleased with their work. The were very honest with me and helped me understand the significance of static water level, pipe retention as storage tank and how that affected the GPM I actually needed. If someone were to scam you, this would be the place to do it. Trust these people! Professional, friendly and well worth the reasonable price they charge.

Carolina Well came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for various options to fix the problem. Their estimates were competitive but I went with another provider because they were closer to me and was the first quote I asked for. I would gladly have used Carolina Well if the other company was not available.

I am so glad I found this company. We had a plumber out here yesterday who tried to fleece us for $5K to replace our well pump, wiring and pipes. The guys from Carolina Well came out today, called before they came and were on time. I told him what the guy said yesterday and they very thoroughly checked everything and determined there was nothing wrong with our well pump. The problem was actually a faulty pressure switch that the plumber yesterday said was fine, and a faulty valve stem in my pressure tank which the plumber didn't even look at until I asked, and a clogged filter, which the plumber flat out ignored when I told him we couldn't get it off to change it! I spent a grand total of $323 to have the guys from Carolina Well fix the problem. I really appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell unnecessary repairs, they are honest and fast. I wish this company did everything, plumbing, electric, heating and air, etc LOL because I would hire them for it all! We signed up for the yearly Wellcare program to have our system inspected annually and check for problems. I hope we don't have any other problems, but I'm glad we've got an honest company to call if we do!

Carolina Well Drilling was excellent. Responsive and helpful. Lynn and Donna were great to work with. While well drilling services are more expensive than I realized, Carolina Well's prices are very reasonable in comparison to other local companies and they did a great job.

Went well, outstanding technician.

It was a weekend call late in the afternoon. Donna was very courteous and Jay was quick calling me back. They did not know I was an Angie list member until the very end. If anything happens in the future I hope I get Jay as the service tech.

All went well, came on time and prepared with the proper parts and tools to accomplish the job.

Team did totally good work. They work punctual and kept us update on progress.

Not sure on price but we trust petey, the tech, to do what is best for our wall and conditioners.

The young gentleman that came was very nice and did a great job. My husband was very pleased and he saved us a lot of money. He arrived on time, they were very responsive and left the area perfect.

They came the same day I called. The workers are nice and friendly. They explained what was wrong and what they were going to do in words I could understand. I would tell a friend that they are the first people I would call, to not even call a plumber.

it went very "well" :-) However we are stopping our subscription to Angie's List, since they are against religious freedom, in Indiana. Why Angie would be against this I have no idea, or why it has any impact on their business. It is too bad because good contractors like this will be hurt!

We noticed that our front yard was saturated with standing water near the well. We immediately got on Angie's List to look for an A+ provider to help us. They came out the next day - Saturday. Richard took a look at the well and gave us an estimate before starting work. We appreciate that. Turns out it was just a small part that needed replacement. Thank goodness they were honest and professional and didn't gouge us on price by lying and saying the problem was more expensive to fix than it really was. We were relieved that it was such a small and fixable problem. Richard replaced it the same day and our problem went away. No more standing water in our front yard.

Found a crack in one of my PVC joints causing a moderate leak that was spraying like a sprinkler on a Friday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a tech within an hour. Lynn showed up and got the pipe fixed within minutes. He also found a leaking pressure relief valve but didn't have the proper size replacement part. He said he would send someone out on Monday to replace it. Got a call Saturday and Lynn showed up saying he was in the area and had the part. He got it changed out and we were good to go. Received another call on Monday from a tech saying lynn asked him to replace the line filter canister because he suspected a leak. This was above and beyond normal customer service and we are very appreciative. They were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you Lynn, the other tech and the kind lady that answered the phone and got Lynn out there so quick!

was not an emergency, but crew came same day,ordered part and fixed by next day.

The work was subpar performed by inexperienced operators and I had to call another professional driller to properly complete the work.

We got kind of caught by the deep freeze and our VERY old well pressure tank decided to let go of the last bit of rust that was holding it together - noticed it at 4:30pm, reached out to Carolina Well and another company just before 5:00 - Everyone was swamped - the other company couldn't get there until the next day, but the Carolina Well crew was fairly close by, and swung by about 45 minutes later. Breezed in, went right to work, efficient, funny, courteous, and stayed until the tank was in and the minor leaks stopped. We'll be having them back to finish replacing worn out parts when the weather is a bit warmer. Would definitely recommend them.
