They were really good.

It was a very good experience. When I first called them, I found out how much they charged and they were higher than what I would normally pay for carpet cleaning. I had some pretty deep spots and some things that hadn't come out in prior cleaning. When they came, they were worth every penny of what I said. They got it sparked after it had been through several cleanings from another cleaning company.

His name is David Watkins and I would recommend him. He does an awesome job at a reasonable price. He gets stuff out that other companies can't. Everything is spectacular. He is fabulous. He does emergencies and everything else. My child dumped a 5-gallon container of paint on his floor and David came from 25 miles away to take care of it. Another time they wood glued the blanket to the carpet. He got the paint out and got the dried wood glue out. Another company wouldn't even touch it. He had it done in less than ten minutes. His prices are excellent. I am using him again in a couple of weeks.

CLEANING WAS EXCEPTIONAL. WE HAVE USED THEM 6 TIMES...ONCE EVERY QUARTER SINCE WE HAVE LIVED IN CHARLOTTE. THE CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY LOOK LIKE NEW AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY DO FABULOUS WORK AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. ALWAYS WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL WORK AND NEVER EVER SKIMP ON THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND ACCOMMODATING.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND SEEM TO TAKE PRIDE IN DOING A GOOD JOB.
