I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work, and also with the creative ideas they provided. As a single woman, I was concerned about security of adding a detached garage but also had a limited budgeet. The other contractors who provided estimates told me that an attached garage was not possible within my budget. Brian explained that for safety and weather reasons, an attached garage was a better option and worked with me to make sure it would fit within my budget. The prices were very competitive with other estimates I received and I couldn't be happier with the outcomes. Brian explained each project in a way that I could easily visualize the outcome and I will definitley use this company again for all my home improvement projects.
Description of Work: In September 2010. Carolina Homes added a screened porch to my existing wooden deck, with a vaulted ceiling, stone wall and ceiling fan. In February 2011, I hired them to add a 26 x 36 attached garage and 11 x 18 bonus room onto my house. I will be remodeling my kitchen soon, and fully intend to use Carolina Homes to complete the work.
