Butler Locksmith

Mr. Butler came out at the time we had agreed. He worked for three hours getting all the locks rekeyed. We had lost one of the "Blue Keys" necessary to complete the process. He had an associate bring a blue key and completed our work on time. He was very courteous. He dressed and acted in a professional manner. He identified himself and was open and honest about the work. I will call him again in the future and have no problem recommending him and his company.

Did a great job. I took the locks to him to save the service call fee, and he had no problem with that. We had 6 door locks that we did not have keys for, so he had to pick them to get them open before he could rekey them. It turns out 3 of them were keyed differently and were very hard to pick, Even though he spent twice as long as expected, he still only charged me the price he quoted me, even after I offered to pay him more. His prices were very good - lower than several other locksmiths I called. And on top of it all, he was a super nice guy! Definitely recommend him.

Overall he was very professional and he was on time and he was reasonable and he gave me some helpful hints on how to keep my locks safe and easy to use and I have had them rekey my house. (4 doors)

The locksmith was GREAT! He arrived on time, did the work very professionally and even offered me some tips on how to keep my locks to last longer. I even called him one time when I locked myself our of my car. Needless to say, I keep his business card in my wallet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
