WOW...it was excellent. Jeff, a true professional, came precisely when he said he would both when he came to give me the free estimate and then when he came to do the work. My husband had tried to fix the outlet and had left the cover off. Jeff refused to leave it that way, even though he only had a white one with him and knew he would have to replace it with an ivory one when he came back to install the light. He takes PRIDE in his work and it shows. I had told Jeff that I really wanted the light installed prior to some company coming for a visit. Even though he had to come late one evening in order to make that happen, he did it so I could enjoy it when my company arrived. He arrived promptly and got started to work installing the tricky monorail ceiling fixture making certain I was happy with the placement. Jeff makes the fourth electrician I have used in the last 8 months. Jeff is now my ONLY electrician. And yes, I have already recommended his company to several friends.

They were very personable. He offered additional information about the returning of the light fixture. This was the first I had used him and I was very pleased.

IT WENT VERY WELL. I CALLED HIM FOR AN ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT AND HE WAS ON TIME. THE ESTIMATE WAS GOOD SO WE SET A TIME TO DO THE WORK. HE WAS ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY WITHOUT INTERRUPTING THE HOUSEHOLD AT ALL. JEFF AND HIS HELP WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND REALLY CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS FAIR COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
