+ -1 moreSales person arrived on schedule, was pleasant, and worked hard for over an hour measuring windows. She promised to fax or e-mail the quote the next business day (Monday). As of one week later, no quote has been received. There was no follow-up from anyone associated with the company. All other vendors calculated their quote on the spot and gave it to me before they left.
Description of Work: No opportunity to contract with company.

+ -1 moreI CHOSE NANCY AND HER FAMILY BECAUSE I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM FROM THE BEGINNING. HER SON SPENT A VERY LONG TIME WITH ME WHEN HE CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I COULD TELL FROM WORK I HAD SEEN THEM DO THAT THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS INDEED QUALITY. IT WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE COMPANY BUT I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY OPERATION. INSTALLATION WAS SMOOTH SAILING (LESS THAN A DAY) AND HER SON COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE POLITE. THE SHUTTERS LOOK AS GOOD AS THE DAY THEY WENT IN. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND AGAIN.
Description of Work: NANCY'S SON INSTALLED WOODEN PLANTATION SHUTTERS (3.5 INCH LOUVRES) IN EVERY ROOM ON MY MAIN FLOOR (FAMILY ROOM, KITCHEN, TWO BEDROOMS, MASTER BEDROOM, DINING ROOM) AS WELL AS ONE ADDITIONAL BEDROOM UPSTAIRS.
