All personnel were very professional. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions, explaining each part of the project. For the on-call visit on a Sunday, the electrician was very responsive and was able provide a comprehensive assessment and resolve the problem quickly.

Our house was built in the mid 60's and has low voltage lighting in a lot of the rooms. We have had some switched out, but still have quite a bit. We needed to have new switches put in and found where to order them, but had trouble finding someone to install. We have had several electricians come out, but all were unaccustomed to low voltage as we have and didn't want to work on it. ARC was GREAT! I explained what I needed. I sent them a link of the switches as well as texting them photos of our light switches. They said they could do it. I was still skeptical. However, when Jason came out, he figured it out and did a great job. I unfortunately order 1 too few switches. I ended up ordering 4 more and deciding to replace the ones in the garage as well. Jason did a great job and the company has been very responsive with any phone calls. I definitely give them 2 thumbs up.

Tim came out twice to finally hang a ceiling fan. The first time he came, I had the incorrect size slope kit for this type of fan. Mike, one of the other providers, was kind enough to look up the part I needed, and I ordered it for Tim's second installation. Installation day went fine. Fan was installed, looks great!

Everything from the person that answers the phone to the person that comes to do the job is a pleasant experience. Great customer service and willing to work with you on timing. Also very punctual and will definitely be using them again.

In order to coordinate the electrical work with respect to the custom-carpentry work being done...and the delivery/installation of the new oven/range....the work was scheduled five days in advance. The technician showed up on-time and completed the work as well as completed an extra task (installation of the fluorescent lixture) within the allotted time.

It started off just fine. The man that came was pleasant, cordial, and had a sense of humor. All was going ok initially and he expalined the difference between cost from bringing in a dedicated circuit versus tapping into an existing one that is not used that often. To begin with --- we both noticed the jewelry the guy was wearing was ostentatious and excessive for an electrical estimator. He was wearing a Rolex watch, and a 3-tiered diamond studded wedding band. I could have let the wedding band go ignored but not when combined with a Rolex watch. It was the wrong jewelry to wear while visiting customers and turned both of us off. Mind you we are both college-educated and very successful business owners who are not exactly poor - - far from it. Nor are we envious as I can afford a Rolex but for practical purposes don't use one as I would scratch it given the activities I take on daily. We just think coming to a potential customer for a routine electrical quote wearing a $20K watch and $5K jewelry is distracting and inappropriate. I jokingly raised "what kind of side business do you have that lets you afford a Rolex?" (smiling and joking of course) hand things got worse. He then proceeded to show my wife a photo of his wife. This was strike 2 --- given in the photo his wife was wearing what my wife described as a "Tilted Kilt" outfit covering not much. It was a layer on top of layer series of what I would call using poor judgement and inappropriate for a client visit. From here things kept going sideways further and further (like telling me he can get the work permitted when a hot tub outlet connected to an existing kitchen circuit would not pass permitting) --- We concluded we'd not do business with this company due to the vibes we got from the estimator ... regardless of price. Someone needs to tell this estimators to keep the loud jewelry (male or female) home & don't show inappropriate photos. I went on to use Roby Electric instead.

They found and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I didn't price around too much because the job was so small, but their prices are reasonable and they did a good job for me.

They did a great job and finished the job in a few hours. They clean up well and I’d definitely recommend them. I’d call them my go-to electricians as this point.

We contacted Arc Electric to inspect a home that was damaged due to a fire. The technician that arrived on the scene was professional and courteous. He inspected the home's electrical system to make sure that it was safe to restore power to the home. I was very pleased with the results.

They were easy to work with and professional. It turned out that it would require a larger gas line, so we have put off the project for now, but I would use them again in the future. They're certainly skilled enough to do the work.

It went really well and I didn't have any issues. Their recommendations were very helpful and provided a written report with pictures. I had them out later to fix a few grounding issues, replace some flood lights, and replaced a breaker that was overheating, and I've been happy with their work. I'd call them again if I needed to have more work done.

Following the inspection they came out to organize and straighten out some wires, and it went well. They were here all day and the overall workmanship was pretty good. There were no issues with scheduling and I would recommend them.

One of my detectors was going off at night, and I was going to have them come out. I was actually able to resolve it from their advice, and I appreciate that they didn't try to come out and just get work from me. I would absolutely recommend them!

Beyond unprofessional. Socially uneducated. See attached photos uncentered work. I have a ER plumbing to thank for coming behind and fire caulking the new wiring run by ARC Electric or it would not have passed inspection. I'll forgo the details of my experience as they did of their work. Neither were good.
